What better way to celebrate the holiday season than with room-rattling bass? To welcome the new SVS 4000 series subwoofers, we hosted a launch party with our friends from SVS in our Montgomeryville showroom — and it was a great night.
SVS and WWS fans came from all over to enjoy live product demonstrations, refreshments, and giveaways (one lucky winner took home a full audio system worth $3,000!). Guests attended three SVS Experience Zones, where they listened to SVS' PB-4000 ported box subwoofer, Ultra Tower and Ultra Bookshelf speakers, and Prime Satellite 5.1 System (driven by the Marantz SR8012 11.2 channel receiver).
One of the highlights of the night? A customer brought in a Blu-ray featuring a Queen concert from 1981 in Canada, which we played during a demo. When "Somebody to Love" came through the speakers, it felt like the drummer was in the room with us — truly an incredible experience.
We are so grateful to Gary Yacoubian and the rest of the SVS team for another awesome event, as well as our co-hosts, Marantz, Izenberg's Catering, and Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery.
