#eCommerce Channel Optimization Manager

Hatfield, Pa

World Wide Stereo, one of the nation's leaders in audio and video consumer electronics since 1979, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional for our Merchandising Team. The eCommerce Channel Optimization Manager is the champion of product management across all third-party Marketplace channels, responsible for catalog integrity, compliance, optimization, and discovery

General Overview:

Ensure catalog is accurate and presented in the best light possible, help shoppers discover our products.

Maintain integrity and accessibility of our catalog across all Marketplace partner channels, overseeing feed management, listing optimization, and case management for resolution to ensure correct merchandise mix, product information, and pricing.

  • Manage World Wide Stereo’s catalog within Marketplace partner management portals.
  • Work with channel management platform to administer tools and maximize revenue. 
  • Monitor and resolve catalog listing errors, ensuring the accuracy of pricing and inventory status.
  • Open and manage Marketplace support cases to resolve issues.
  • Optimize product listings according to Marketplace best practices. 
  • Coordinate Amazon A+ Content projects, working with vendors and internal resources to produce Best in Class PDPs 
  • Troubleshoot any Marketplace data flow or compliance issues. 
  • Create solutions to Marketplace developments required to continue selling. 

Implement marketing and merchandising programs to support defined sales goals and ensure Best in Class positioning with both MP partners and Vendors.

  • Administer Marketplace advertising tools to increase traffic to our catalog. 
  • Develop and optimize Sponsored Product Ads and Promoted Listings campaigns as needed. 
  • Execute and refine Marketplace SEO via PDP optimization and backend keyword research.
  • Provide keyword research for new product setup.
  • Identify new product, brand, and category opportunities to increase organic traffic to Marketplace offers. 
  • Merchandise appropriate products in various Marketplace promotions, weekly submissions, and special events.

Ensure compliance to company, Marketplace, and vendor policies.

  • Utilize internal tools to correctly assign customer and cost-friendly shipping methods. 
  • Ensure catalog pricing is always accurate to uphold manufacturer MAP policies.
  • Coordinate Amazon ASIN creation with gated brands
  • Work with Marketplace partners to ensure compliance in all required content fields: titles, descriptions, images, attributes, videos.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of applicable experience in eCommerce sales  
  • Experience with third-party Marketplace environments, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and channel management platforms 
  • Self-starter, creative thinker, dedicated problem solver 
  • Sharp eye for detail, organization, and quality, with strong documentation and information analysis skills. 
  • Strong and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent technical skills, including the ability to navigate multiple computer systems. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows required. Basic HTML skills a plus.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fun and challenging work atmosphere. 
  • A sincere passion for eCommerce.

General Overview:

The Online Product Support & Sales Specialist is a sales, support, and customer loyalty/retention role. We’re looking for a product expert that can comfortably advise on product details and selection, system design and setup, process orders, and provide support post-sale. We offer extensive training on our products, including hands-on training and experience with the latest consumer electronics and gadgets. The successful candidate will have a passion for building relationships, excitement for learning, and a strong appreciation for our products and the experience they can elicit when provided with the right guidance and support.

Creating memorable experiences for our customers starts with a team of passionate people enthusiasts who share in a love of music and movies and the experiences they create. We’re looking for someone that enjoys going above and beyond to deliver the highest level of customer service. This person must be positive, energetic, and outgoing with excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - across a variety of communication channels, like phone, email, and chat. This candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality with a talent for making customers feel comfortable and valued with every interaction.

This is a full-time job, working Tuesdays through Saturdays, with some remote working flexibility..

Some of the things you will do every day include:

  • Warmly engage new and existing customers via phone, email, live chat - and facilitate all aspects of customer interaction with polish and empathy.
    Provide exceptional sales support by inquiring, listening, and recommending merchandise based on the customer’s needs.
  • Assist customers with questions pertaining to the selection of the right gear, compatibility, application, and setup.
  • Help customers with placing orders, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating returns and exchanges.
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers while working closely with the rest of the Customer Service Team to ensure customer inquiries are addressed quickly and thoroughly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Learning more about the products and services we sell to provide a better experience for our customers.
  • Consistently endeavor to make the movies our customers watch, the music they listen to, and the spaces where they enjoy it, world-class.

What do we need you to bring to the table?

## # Sales & System Design Professional

Montgomeryville, Pa

World Wide Stereo, is a home automation and custom electronics integrator, based in the suburbs of Philadelphia. World Wide Stereo has more than 40 years of experience in the residential market. We are seeking highly motivated and qualified professionals to join our growing team. The Sales & System Design Professional will work as a full-time employee as part of a team, under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, to generate and follow up on sales leads, working with current and potential customers to discuss their project needs, design, and estimate project proposals, present proposals, and work with the project management/installation professionals once a contract is received to finalize design decisions and procure equipment.

Position responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out, generate, and follow up on leads with potential clients to discuss our services.
  • Build and foster relationships with current and potential business partners
  • Active involvement in relevant community associations and organizations in order to build relationships and further business interests.
  • Remain familiar and up to date with all of the product and service options and keep abreast of current trends in our industry.
  • Perform site visits, generate project scope of work and then select products, form budgets, and create a client proposal.
  • Present proposals and follow up with potential clients to secure a contract.
  • Work with project management/installation professionals to finalize system design and order equipment.
  • Have an understanding of rough-in, trim-out, distributed audio & video, IT networks, power conditioning, surge protection lighting control systems, integrated control systems, retrofit, system verification, and testing.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as accept direction, on given assignments.

Qualifications:

# Field Service Technician

Hatfield, Pa

General Overview:

World Wide Stereo is seeking an individual to join our team of Field Technicians for their corporate location in Hatfield PA.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in audio-visual residential installation and exceptional customer service skills.

Our Next Technician Will:

  • Perform residential A/V equipment installations
  • Troubleshoot A/V systems
  • Participate in regular in-house and external A/V trainings and certification programs
  • Regularly interact with clients in their homes. Please note our In-Home Service & Safety Precautions.

Our Next Technician Has:
