We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental US and, in most cases, we offer free 2-day shipping!*
*Shipping deadlines do not include oversize items that ship via scheduled delivery such as TVs, furniture, and some subwoofers.
Free Standard Shipping Transit Times: 1-5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse within 24-48 hours with most orders shipping the same day they are placed. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote addresses and some oversize shipments. COVID-19 update: Due to safeguards in place to protect distribution center employees, some orders may experience delays subject to inventory location. However, the majority of orders are still being shipped and delivered on time, thanks to our amazing staff and shipping carriers!
Free Scheduled Delivery Transit Times: 1-10 business days*. Oversized items ship via specialty motor freight and require inspection and an adult signature at the time of delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier prior to delivery to make delivery arrangements. Please read below for our tips on how to receive your oversized shipment. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 55", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds.
*Please note: TVs over 65" are currently experiencing longer than usual transit times.
Business days are Monday - Friday and exclude national holidays. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, if available, may incur additional fees and transit times.

Expedited shipping options are available and may be selected during the checkout process. Enhanced shipping options such as 2 Day and Next Day are dependent upon your order and the delivery address. Free Scheduled Delivery (Oversized Shipping)
The specialty freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. An adult must be on hand to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The driver will deliver the item inside the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building. Please note that some brands like Seura and Salamander offer curbside delivery with white glove service and assembly inside the home available for an extra fee. How to receive your oversized shipment:
- Inspect the shipping carton and product: While the delivery driver waits, first carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Then unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. For TVs, please pay careful attention to the TV screen. We recommend shining a flashlight on the screen at various angles to ensure there are no cracks.
- Note damage or signs of wear on the delivery driver's paperwork: Please report the condition of the product and the shipping carton and packaging. Be sure to note any dents, impressions, or scuffs that you see on the box, even if there is no damage to the product itself.
- If your product arrives damaged: Please refuse it and call us at 1.866.961.7781. If there is damage that is not noted at the time of delivery and the shipment is not refused, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product.
Helpful tip: We recommend that you keep the box and packaging for the length of the product's warranty. It may come in handy if your product needs to be moved or claimed for warranty. Post warranty period, it's perfect fort-making material.
What do I do if my product is damaged or lost in transit?
If your item is damaged in transit, please refuse the package and contact us at 1.866.961.7781 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. We will assist you with obtaining a replacement product if available. Any claims for loss must be reported to us within 30 days of intended receipt of the merchandise.
What if my product is backordered?
When you place an order for an item that is not in-stock, you will receive an email or phone call with the estimated ship date. You can cancel your order anytime before the item is shipped by contacting our customer service department. Please note that once your item ships we are unable to cancel your order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please call us at 1.866.961.7781 and we will make every effort to stop cancel your order before it ships.
Once an order is pulled for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Please give us a call at 1.866.961-7781 to request an RMA# to return your order. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States.
Shipping Terms & Conditions: We do not ship to freight forwarders or resellers. Most oversized items and some items that ship direct from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Oversized items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floor standing speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds. Additional shipping exclusions may apply to some orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Once an order is pulled for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. Please give us a call at 1.866.961-7781 to request an RMA#. In the event that you refuse your package for any reason other than shipping damages, you will be subject to paying the full shipping price of the product both ways.
