Classic 1983 dub set featuring an all-star line-up- First official reissue on vinyl- Newly restored and remastered - 140-gram black vinyl - Comes in a reverse-board printed sleeve. Arriving at the latter end of reggae dub's golden era, Majestic Dub is exemplary of King Tubby's skill at turning dub into an art form. Joined at the desk by Prince Jammy (mixing) and overseen by Bunny Lee (producer), Tubby took the most out of riddims supplied by a crack squad including Sly & Robbie, Jackie Mittoo, and foundational players such as The Upsetters' Earl Chinna Smith and Skully, among others. Officially out of print for 40 years, this 10-tracker is now available again on it's original format, playing it deep, heavy and melodic with an all-killer-no filler-selection.
