Ready to Play, Built to Grow
Playing records has its own ritual. Choose a record, cue it up, drop the needle and feel the stillness before the music begins. Spira is made for that moment, and every listen that follows. It is a complete turntable package, ready to play from day one, with simple upgrade options as a collection grows and listening needs develop. Spira fits seamlessly into any system, whether it’s an existing hi-fi set-up, active speakers, a Bluetooth speaker, or even headphones. Simply unbox, connect and lower the needle.

Pre-Fitted & Aligned Audio-Technica Cartridge
Spira is ready to be played from the moment it’s unboxed, with the Audio-Technica cartridge pre-fitted and aligned. However, this can be upgraded to the Audio-Technica 3600LE elliptical stylus for improved tracking performance. The addition of a removable headshell makes cartridge changes far easier.
Built-In Phono Stage
Spira also includes a built-in phono stage and Bluetooth transmitter to create a just-add-speakers system, connecting straight to an amplifier or active speakers without the need to purchase anything extra. But for those who want to use Spira as the foundation for a full hi-fi system, the phono stage can be bypassed to output a raw signal, opening the upgrade door to an external phono stage such as Cambridge Audio’s award-winning Alva Solo or Alva Duo.
Bluetooth
The built-in Bluetooth transmitter also helps to reduce the cables needed by sending favourite tracks to wireless speakers or headphones.
Aluminium Alloy Tonearm
An aluminium alloy tonearm with adjustable counterweight, alongside adjustable anti-skate, offers real control over how the record is tracked.
Construction
A solid, lacquered wooden plinth houses the motor, belt-driving a sub-platter and a 1.8kg engineered steel platter to improve rotational stability and lower vibration. A felt mat controls resonance and stops records from slipping mid-play, while a ground connector and vibration-absorbing feet keep any hum and rumble out of the signal, so the only thing coming through the speakers is the music.
Electronic Speed Control
A single dial to electronically switch between 33 and 45rpm means changing speed never gets in the way of listening to the next album or seven-inch single.
Hinged Dust Cover Included
Additionally, a hinged, smoked dust cover keeps records and the stylus free of dust between plays, closing neatly over the deck without hiding its design.
