Our Remote Monitoring plan provides you with enterprise-grade-level service, support, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing our team of experts is monitoring the functionality and connectivity of your systems.
We will monitor and manage your network remotely and proactively, quickly resolving connectivity issues in real-time, so that all of your devices stay online and perform at their optimum level. If there’s an issue, we’re there. If we are unable to resolve a problem remotely, priority advanced support is available for programming and on-site service.
On-site only support is available to non-members during normal business hours. Regular labor rates apply to on-site visits. Scheduling is subject to availability.
