World Wide Stereo has partnered with Ontech Smart Services, a division of DISH, for nationwide premium expert installation. Enjoy personalized service that starts with installation and ends with you mastering the ins and outs of your new tech. OnTech will not only setup and install your equipment, but they'll show you how to use it.
Premium Services Include:
*Power relocation and In-wall cable management are not included with installation but are available for an additional fee. Power relocation has a max distance of 6 ft from an existing outlet and must be in same stud bay as cord concealment.
Get your flat screen TV mounted and installed by vetted and certified nationwide TV installers. Ontech will install and configure your TV and take care of all the heavy lifting! Enjoy personalized service that starts with installation and ends with you mastering the ins and outs of your new TV.

Optional Home Theater Upgrades
OnTech will set up and configure any combination of your home audio components. Whether it's a full speaker system, setting up voice control, or installing a soundbar and connecting it to your TV, Ontech will install your audio devices in your home using either a hard-wired connection, WiFi, or Bluetooth, and will show you how to use any associated apps if applicable. Note that speaker installation does not include in-wall wiring.

Installation should be scheduled after your product has been received and inspected. Consider leaving a few extra cushion days to assure you have the unit in time for the scheduled appointment. A rescheduling fee will be incurred. If OnTech arrives for your installation and the product being installed is not yet onsite. You can reschedule your appointment by clicking on the link in your OnTech confirmation email.
OnTech may contact you via phone, email and/or text the day before your appointment with a general arrival time. OnTech might be in touch the morning of your appointment with a narrower 75-minute arrival window. The window we provide when scheduling is the arrival window, not the full window of installation time.

Please ensure all products being installed are onsite and properly inspected. We advise that your TV should be plugged in prior to installation to ensure the display is fully functioning and intact as we do not accept claims for damage after installation.
Please make sure someone 18 years or older will be present and secure any pets in advance.
While OnTech will remove the box and packaging, but we advise they keep the box for the length of their warranty period in the case the unit needs to be serviced.
