In-Home Service & Safety
Our commitment to the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. For all of our in-home services, we are operating under CDC-recommended guidelines for health and safety, following local government recommendations, as well as taking additional precautions our clients would like implemented when we visit your home. Outlined below are a few of the safety measures you can expect from us before, during, and after your in-home visit. All employees and staff provide self-assessment fever and wellness updates to their managers prior to service visits. Official COVID-19 tests are kept onsite and available.
All employees entering your home are provided with protective gear including: Protective Eye-wear, Face Masks, Gloves, Boot Covers, Cleaning Supplies
After completing work in your home, our service team will clean and disinfect all surfaces we came into contact with. Each team member is provided with a cleaning kit that includes EPA-registered disinfectants.

Our safety measures continue once we leave your property, in preparation for the next home visit. If anyone in your household or present at the time of our in-home visit becomes ill with flu-like symptoms or is made aware of prior COVID-19 exposure after our technicians leave your home, we ask that you please contact us immediately.
