Larger items ship via a specialty motor freight carrier to ensure a safe delivery to your home. We offer a free scheduled delivery service so you can select the date and time of your delivery. You will be contacted by the carrier once your order ships to make delivery arrangements. An adult signature and inspection is required to receive your shipment - please read below for our tips on how to receive your oversized shipment. Items eligible for this service will display "This items ships via Free Scheduled Delivery" on the product detail page and in your cart. Oversized items include, but are not limited to TVs over 55", select subwoofers and floorstanding speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds.
Free Scheduled Delivery Transit Times:
1-10 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery to remote addresses.

What To Expect & How To Receive Your Shipment:
The specialty freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. An adult must be on hand to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. The driver will deliver the item inside the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business, or apartment building.*
- Inspect the shipping carton and product: While the delivery driver waits, first carefully inspect the outer shipping carton and note any damage on the driver's delivery receipt. Then unpack and thoroughly inspect the product for damage. For TVs, please pay careful attention to the TV screen. We recommend shining a flashlight on the screen at various angles to ensure there are no cracks.
- Note damage or signs of wear on the delivery driver's paperwork: Please report the condition of the product and the shipping carton and packaging. Be sure to note any dents, impressions, or scuffs that you see on the box, even if there is no damage to the product itself.
- If your product arrives damaged: Please refuse it and call us at 1.866.961.7781. If there is damage that is not noted at the time of delivery and the shipment is not refused, we may not be able to provide you with a replacement product or a refund for the damaged product.
Helpful tip: We recommend that you keep the box and packaging for the length of the product's warranty. It may come in handy if your product needs to be moved or claimed for warranty. Post warranty period, it's perfect fort-making material.
*Please note that some furniture brands like Plateau and Salamander offer curbside delivery only.
*Return Fees
Freight & Oversize Return Fees: Items originally shipped via free scheduled delivery/specialty motor freight require special shipping and will incur return fees (starting at $150). Oversize items include but are not limited to TVs over 37", select subwoofers and floorstanding speakers, furniture, and most items over 75 pounds.
