Based on the product condition and coverage terms your product usually gets repaired or replaced. However, in the rare case that a product can't be replaced or repaired, you get reimbursed for the product.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes. You can cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Please note that if you have already filed a claim, then the refund will be calculated differently. These terms may vary by coverage plan, so make sure to check your coverage terms.

How can I file a claim?

You can file a claim by any of the following steps:
