On August 26th, our Montgomeryville showroom came alive as World Wide Stereo proudly partnered with SVS to host the Sound R|Evolution Experience — an evening dedicated to breathtaking sound, cutting-edge technology, and the community that makes high-performance audio so exciting. From the moment guests stepped into the showroom, the atmosphere buzzed with anticipation. This wasn’t just a demo — it was a full-on celebration of immersive sound, featuring some of SVS’s most acclaimed new products and plenty of surprises along the way.
Immersive Listening, Multiple Ways
Throughout the evening, guests rotated between three unique “Experience Zones,” each showcasing a different system. From the thunderous depth of dual 5000 R|Evolution subwoofers in a 5.2.2 home theater, to the clarity of Ultra Evolution Pinnacle towers in a two-channel setup, every space offered a distinct take on what it means to hear — and feel — great audio. Each system transported listeners deep into their favorite music and movies, reminding everyone why we love this hobby in the first place.
Energy, Insights, and Community
The SVS team, led by president Gary Yacoubian, was on hand to share tips, setup wisdom, and behind-the-scenes knowledge about the company’s pursuit of audio perfection. Attendees not only enjoyed world-class demos but also swapped stories, playlists, and laughs with fellow enthusiasts over refreshments.
Giveaways and Surprises
As always with SVS, the night came with plenty of excitement beyond the demos. Dozens of guests walked away with speakers, subwoofers, and SVS swag — and one very lucky winner took home a complete home theater system with an AV receiver, valued at more than $10,000.
