The remote is awesome too. It senses movement and the backlight will turn on from that movement. This is how all remotes should be. After thinking about it, remotes that activate their backlights only after you've pressed a button are about as pointless as, let's say, a car that has a top speed of 2 mph... you might as well not have it at all. You need to be able to see the buttons before you even press them, and with this remote, you do. Smart design. As for sound quality, it's great. Very smooth, balanced, and powerful sound. It's that definitive Klipsch sound. The whole system looks great too and the subwoofer looks like a nice piece of furniture, since the subwoofer and port are both down-firing. I would argue that this is the best system for the price and features.

Unfortunately it is missing all around true sound separation. There are no crisp trebles. Almost no treble at all. Just mostly high mids. Using the dialog button only raises the volume on those high mids.
The surround on and off display is on the top of the bar itself so we have to constantly get up and down and walk up to it to see if it's on or not. There is NO eq on the remote to help with the sound. You have to download the app which REQUIRES constant phone on (once it goes blank it shuts off the eq!), Bluetooth on, and it needs your LOCATION on to run. Not only that but it only has a few presets which only kinda help to separate the mids a bit but for the most part just trade one missing thing for another. Not sure if being able to do your own custom eq would help (but definitely would be nice to have!). These are apparently missing a decent tweeter or capped. Honestly with a good tweeter and a controllable eq, this system would be amazing, unfortunately without just those little things it is not great at all and I miss my Samsung which, minus the bass, sounded much better. Very, very disappointed with this brand and now stuck with a system we paid a ton for and can't return because we threw out the huge box. Sticking with Samsung and Bose from now on.
