The Clear MG high-fidelity open-back headphones incorporate the new technology of a speaker driver with an ‘M’-shaped Magnesium dome. Magnesium is light and boasts a significant damping factor, offering great dynamics and detail across the full sound spectrum while preserving a neutral and balanced signature.

In addition to their sound quality, Clear MG headphones stand out for their chic and elegant design. Their Chestnut and Mixed Metals finish, as well as the fine materials used (leather, aluminum, microfibre), make it a truly design-led accessory. These headphones were an impulse buy for me, and it turned out to be the best impulsive decision I've made in my audio journey! I had Sennheiser HD6XX headphones before these for a few years and the upgraded sound from these impressed me right away, I paired it with the RME ADI-2 DAC FS and for balanced output - a DROP + THX AAA 789 amplifier. With the DAC, I was able to add some EQ and with that, these sound even better than they were out of the box. It's phenomenal. Time spent for break-in made it even better. No need to buy any other set of headphones out there, at least for me. There is a caveat though.

The reason for 4 out of 5 stars though is that the headband arm on both sides creak constantly.
They creak when putting the headphones on my head.
They creak when adjusting the fit on my head.
They creak when the cable on the Left side moves a bit.

I could go on and on about how amazing the sound is but the build quality worries me and I hope it doesn't break. The headphone arms are made of plastic and somewhere in the adjustable band is the source of the creaking, although the cable does cause a bit creaking on the left side of the headphones, too.

Overall though, worth the money - just wished that it really drove my complete confidence in build quality and materials with the near $2000CDN price tag.

This product has such a nice sound, and cool design, I really love this Headphone. Have a big stage, and all instruments are making harmonies. What a good product I never experienced. I really love it and I will keep this forever

Premium build quality and very easy to drive using portable devices but an AMP is recommended to get the best of it and Very comfortable over extended period of listening. I am totally loving it

Clear solid bass, mids, highs and scales with no issues on my DAC/AMP, these Cans are the best I've owned so far. Coming from wireless headphones like, B&W P7 and the Apple AirPods series, going analog is the way to go.

The bar has been set and I guess I will now see if there are better ones in the range to give that more natural sounding reproduction of music.

Top marks because I don't know any better
