The Arcam SR250 stereo amplifier is a 2-channel high performance AVR for music lovers who want an amplifier that sounds as good as the best separates in stereo but also want all the connectivity and flexibility that a networked modern AVR delivers. This stereo amplifier has the connectivity of a fully-equipped AV receiver with the simplicity of a traditional stereo amplifier.
Customizable sound optimization
The Arcam SR250, designed in the UK, uses room correcting technology from Dirac Research. Dirac Live for Arcam gives you the ability to fine-tune the acoustic performance of the system to any room, no matter the size or layout, giving the listener the best possible experience.
More than radio
The Arcam SR250 is equipped with an internal tuner to provide FM, DAB, and DAB+ radio. Worldwide access to Internet Radio stations is provided through the network connection, which also interfaces to UPnP audio servers. The USB port supports memory devices. The receiver is also Spotify Connect enabled, making your favorite playlists just a tap away.
Control is possible via Ethernet, enabling it to be fully integrated with whole house control systems, or via the iOS MusicLife UPnP/control app. RS232, 12V triggers and standard IR control are also included.
Ultra HD
The Arcam SR250 features 4K Ultra HD and 3D video capability built-in, making this a receiver for now and the future. In addition to the 4K capability, the Arcam SR250 also boasts 7 HDMI inputs and 3 HDMI outputs, allowing you to connect more of your devices.
Both video and audio stages are designed to embrace both current and upcoming technologies. HDMI2.0a with HDCP2.2 4K “Ultra HD” and 3D video capability are built in.
