LG vs Samsung vs Sony vs Loewe TVs: Best TVs of 2026

Updated:

The envelope please...

Remember the huge leap forward from flip-phones to iPhones in 2007? Well, it’s the same all over again, but this time with smart TVs… and the new ones are game-changers.

Two big differences: 1) Unlike smartphones, TVs have come down in price, and drastically so, making today’s amazing new TV technology affordable for all, and 2) Of the many TV manufacturers out there, three clearly rise above: LG, Sony, and Samsung. (“The Big Three.”). They set the bar for the best TVs out there with smart TV technology, picture quality, slim and beautiful design... across some seriously impressive screen sizes.

Each brand offers models that excel in certain areas (e.g. “this one’s best in a bright room” or “this one sounds best right out of the box”), but the bottom line? Though it’s pretty hard to buy anything short of a wonderful TV from one of the Big Three, you can still hone your choice based on your own personal taste, your particular room, and what you like to watch. And that’s what this is all about: our experts picking the best of the best – by category.

(Psssst… before diving in, you can get up to speed with our new “TV Buying Guide.” It’s very consumer-friendly and offers a fair lay of the land.)

The Sony BRAVIA 9 II PRO is built to deliver Sony's most ambitious 4K picture yet, combining an 85-inch screen with next-generation True RGB backlighting, exceptional brightness, precise contrast control, and advanced processing. Designed as Sony's flagship professional-integration TV, the K85XR90PRO brings cinematic color and detail to large-screen home theaters while adding installation and control capabilities specifically suited to premium custom systems.

The centerpiece of the BRAVIA 9 II PRO is Sony's True RGB technology. Rather than relying on a conventional white or blue LED backlight, individually controlled red, green, and blue LEDs generate exceptionally pure colors directly at the source. Sony's evolved Backlight Master Drive precisely controls those LEDs to produce an expanded color volume, smooth gradations, deep contrast, and intense highlights while maintaining the natural color reproduction Sony is known for.

Sony's advanced picture processing works alongside the True RGB backlight to optimize every scene, reproducing subtle textures, realistic skin tones, and fine shadow and highlight detail. The 4K panel supports premium HDR formats including Dolby Vision, while Sony's wide-angle technology helps preserve color and contrast for viewers sitting away from the center of the screen. Its advanced anti-glare treatment also helps reduce distracting reflections, making the BRAVIA 9 II PRO particularly well suited to large, bright living spaces.

Movie lovers also benefit from Sony's close relationship with the professional film industry. The BRAVIA 9 II PRO is designed to reproduce movies and shows with the color, contrast, and detail their creators intended, while its large 85-inch screen provides the scale needed for a genuinely cinematic experience. Dolby Atmos support adds immersive audio compatibility, and the TV can serve as the centerpiece of a larger BRAVIA Theatre surround system.

Google TV brings streaming services, apps, and personalized recommendations together in a familiar smart-TV interface, with Gemini adding Google's latest AI-powered features. Gamers also get the benefits of HDMI 2.1 capabilities for modern consoles, while the PRO model's custom-integration features make it especially appealing for professionally designed home theaters and whole-home AV systems. The result is a flagship television aimed at viewers who want cutting-edge LED picture quality without sacrificing the brightness and large-screen impact that premium home theaters demand.

Pros

  • True RGB backlighting independently controls red, green, and blue LEDs for exceptional color volume and accuracy.
  • Evolved Backlight Master Drive provides extremely precise control over brightness, contrast, and color.
  • Exceptional peak brightness makes HDR highlights stand out while maintaining strong performance in bright rooms.
  • Sony's advanced anti-glare technology helps minimize distracting reflections.
  • Wide viewing angles maintain more consistent color and contrast across larger seating areas.
  • 85-inch screen provides the scale and immersion of a dedicated home theater.
  • Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support provide premium movie and streaming compatibility.
  • Google TV with Gemini provides extensive streaming, smart-home, and content-discovery features.
  • HDMI 2.1 gaming capabilities make it well suited to PlayStation 5 and other current-generation consoles.
  • PRO model adds capabilities designed specifically for custom installation and professionally integrated AV systems.

Cons

  • Flagship performance comes with a premium price compared with conventional Mini LED and OLED televisions.
  • An 85-inch screen requires substantial wall space and appropriate viewing distance.
  • At roughly 110 pounds without the stand, professional installation is strongly recommended.
  • Viewers in completely dark rooms who prioritize absolute pixel-level blacks may still prefer a premium OLED.
  • Many of the PRO model's integration advantages are most valuable in professionally installed systems.

Best For

  • Premium dedicated home theaters and media rooms
  • Large living rooms where high brightness and reflection handling are important
  • Movie enthusiasts who prioritize accurate, cinematic color
  • Viewers who want a large flagship display without moving to an ultra-large 100-inch-plus TV
  • High-end custom installations and integrated smart-home systems
  • Gamers looking for premium 4K HDR performance on a large screen

Not Ideal For

  • Budget-conscious shoppers who don't need flagship picture performance
  • Small rooms where an 85-inch screen would be overwhelming
  • Users who don't need the additional integration capabilities of the PRO model
  • Buyers who specifically prefer OLED's self-emissive pixel technology
  • Anyone looking for a lightweight TV that's easy to install without assistance

The LG OLED evo AI G6 takes LG's flagship OLED formula to a new level, combining perfect blacks with dramatically increased brightness, advanced AI processing, and a sleek Gallery Series design. Its 65-inch OLED evo panel uses more than 8.3 million individually controlled self-lit pixels, giving movies, sports, games, and streaming content exceptional contrast and color while LG's latest display technology makes the G6 better suited than ever for bright-room viewing.

The centerpiece of the G6 is LG's Hyper Radiant Color Technology, which combines an advanced tandem four-stack OLED panel with Brightness Booster Ultra. LG rates the G6 as producing images up to 3.9 times brighter than conventional OLED models under its specified testing conditions. Because every OLED pixel can still turn itself completely off, that added brightness is paired with Perfect Black for exceptional contrast rather than sacrificing the deep black levels OLED is famous for.

Driving the experience is LG's α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3, which intelligently analyzes picture and sound to optimize content for the display. AI-powered upscaling helps lower-resolution sources look cleaner and more detailed on the 4K panel, while Dolby Vision support brings greater depth and impact to compatible HDR movies and shows. The G6's Reflection Free Premium display treatment also helps maintain those rich colors and black levels when you're watching in a room with significant ambient light.

Gamers get an equally impressive feature set. The G6 combines OLED's near-instantaneous pixel response with a high-refresh-rate panel and support for modern gaming features, including NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium. Four HDMI inputs make it easier to build a system around multiple consoles and gaming PCs, while the combination of perfect blacks, high brightness, and fast motion makes the G6 particularly well suited to visually demanding 4K games.

LG's webOS smart platform brings streaming services, apps, personalized recommendations, and connected-home features together in one interface, while the ultra-slim Gallery Series design is made to complement premium living spaces. This WUA version includes LG's flush wall-mount solution, allowing the G6 to sit exceptionally close to the wall for a clean, built-in appearance. The result is a flagship OLED designed for viewers who want exceptional home-theater picture quality without having to keep the room dark to enjoy it.

Pros

  • Hyper Radiant Color Technology and a tandem four-stack OLED panel deliver LG's most advanced OLED picture technology.
  • Brightness Booster Ultra provides dramatically higher brightness while retaining OLED's pixel-level light control.
  • More than 8.3 million self-lit pixels produce Perfect Black and exceptional contrast without relying on a conventional backlight.
  • Reflection Free Premium treatment makes the G6 particularly well suited to brighter living rooms.
  • α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 provides advanced picture optimization and 4K upscaling.
  • Dolby Vision support delivers excellent HDR performance with compatible movies, shows, and streaming content.
  • High-refresh-rate gaming support, NVIDIA G-SYNC, and AMD FreeSync Premium make it an excellent choice for high-end console and PC gaming.
  • Four HDMI inputs provide plenty of connectivity for consoles, media players, and home-theater equipment.
  • Gallery Series design creates an exceptionally clean appearance when wall mounted.
  • Included flush wall mount helps the TV sit close against the wall without requiring a separate mount purchase.

Cons

  • Flagship OLED technology comes at a substantial premium compared with LG's C-Series and B-Series models.
  • The included flush wall mount is ideal for Gallery-style installations, but buyers who want a conventional tabletop setup may need to account for their preferred stand solution.
  • Many viewers won't take full advantage of the G6's advanced gaming capabilities without a current-generation console or high-performance gaming PC.
  • Its increased brightness is a major improvement for OLED, but buyers primarily concerned with maximum full-screen brightness may still want to compare it with flagship Mini LED TVs.
  • The extensive AI picture, sound, gaming, and smart-TV settings can require some setup to get everything configured exactly the way you want it.

Best For

  • Premium home theaters and living rooms
  • Movie lovers who prioritize perfect blacks and exceptional contrast
  • Bright-room viewers who previously considered OLED too dim
  • PlayStation, Xbox, and high-end PC gamers
  • Users who want a TV mounted nearly flush against the wall
  • Viewers looking for LG's flagship 65-inch OLED picture quality

Not Ideal For

  • Budget-conscious shoppers who don't need flagship OLED performance
  • Users looking for a basic TV primarily for casual streaming
  • Buyers who specifically want a traditional tabletop TV setup out of the box
  • Anyone who won't benefit from the G6's advanced brightness, gaming, and processing capabilities

The Samsung The Frame LS03HE is as much a part of your décor as it is a television. Its slim picture-frame-inspired design, Glare Free QLED display, customizable bezels, and Art Mode allow it to transform from a vibrant 4K TV into a convincing piece of wall art when you're finished watching, making it an especially compelling choice for living rooms where traditional TVs can feel visually intrusive.

Samsung's QLED technology delivers rich, vibrant color, while the Glare Free screen minimizes distracting reflections without sacrificing picture detail. Pantone Validated ArtfulColor helps artwork and entertainment appear natural and lifelike, and the NQ4 AI Gen2 Processor uses 4K AI Upscaling to improve lower-resolution movies, shows, and streaming content.

Art Mode is what truly separates The Frame from a conventional QLED TV. When you're not watching, the display can show artwork from Samsung's Art Store, including pieces from museums and artists around the world. Motion and brightness sensors help the artwork respond to the room, adjusting its presentation and activating the display when someone enters.

The LS03HE is also much more capable as an everyday entertainment display than its art-focused design might suggest. Motion Xcelerator 144Hz supports smooth 4K gaming, while HDR10+, Dolby Atmos, Object Tracking Sound Lite, AMD FreeSync Premium, and Samsung's Gaming Hub give movies, sports, and games a strong feature set.

An included Slim Fit Wall Mount lets The Frame sit close against the wall, while optional magnetic bezels make it possible to change its appearance to better complement the room. For buyers who care almost as much about what their TV looks like when it's off as how it performs when it's on, The Frame remains one of the most distinctive QLED televisions available.

Pros

  • Glare Free QLED display produces vivid color while minimizing distracting reflections.
  • Art Mode transforms the screen into artwork when you're not watching TV.
  • Access to Samsung's Art Store provides thousands of pieces from artists and galleries.
  • Pantone Validated ArtfulColor helps artwork appear natural and realistic.
  • Slim Fit Wall Mount is included for a clean, picture-frame-style installation.
  • Optional magnetic bezels let you customize the TV to match your décor.
  • Motion Xcelerator supports up to 144Hz VRR gaming.
  • Four HDMI inputs support up to 4K/144Hz.
  • AMD FreeSync Premium, ALLM, Gaming Hub, and Game Bar provide a strong gaming feature set.
  • Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 provide modern wireless connectivity.

Cons

  • You're paying a premium for the art-focused design compared with conventional QLED TVs.
  • Full access to Samsung's Art Store requires a paid subscription.
  • The Dual LED backlight can't produce the pixel-level blacks of an OLED.
  • Optional customizable bezels add to the overall cost.
  • Buyers who don't intend to use Art Mode may get more picture performance for their money from a conventional TV.

Best For

  • Design-conscious living rooms
  • Art lovers
  • Bright rooms where glare reduction matters
  • Wall-mounted installations
  • Users who don't want a large black rectangle dominating their décor
  • Families wanting one TV for streaming, sports, art, and gaming

Not Ideal For

  • Buyers prioritizing absolute black levels
  • Dedicated dark-room home theaters
  • Users who don't care about Art Mode
  • Shoppers focused solely on maximum picture performance per dollar

The Samsung S95H combines flagship OLED picture quality with the speed and connectivity serious gamers demand. Its 77-inch self-illuminating OLED display delivers exceptional contrast and pixel-level light control, while a Glare Free screen, 165Hz VRR capability, NVIDIA G-SYNC, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and four high-bandwidth HDMI inputs make it an outstanding centerpiece for a premium console or PC gaming setup.

Samsung's OLED HDR Pro takes advantage of individually controlled pixels to produce deep blacks alongside brilliant highlights and rich color. The Glare Free screen helps preserve that contrast in rooms with ambient light, making the S95H more versatile than OLED TVs designed primarily around dark-room viewing.

Gaming is where the S95H really flexes its muscle. Motion Xcelerator 165Hz supports PC gaming at up to 4K/165Hz with compatible hardware, while NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro help keep frame rates smooth and minimize tearing. Samsung's Gaming Hub, ALLM, Game Bar, Super Ultra Wide Game View, and HGiG support add even more tools for players.

The NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor uses 128 neural networks to enhance picture and sound, including 4K AI Upscaling Pro and AI Motion Enhancer Pro. That processing is useful beyond gaming, helping streamed movies, live sports, and lower-resolution sources look sharper and smoother on such a large screen.

Samsung rounds everything out with Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound+, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and a striking FloatLayer design. Wireless One Connect compatibility also gives custom installations the option of relocating connected equipment away from the display with the separately available Wireless One Connect Box.

Pros

  • OLED pixels provide exceptional black levels and contrast.
  • Up to 4K/165Hz VRR support is ideal for high-end PC gaming.
  • NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support.
  • Four HDMI ports support up to 4K/165Hz.
  • Glare Free screen makes OLED more practical in rooms with ambient light.
  • Gaming Hub provides convenient access to cloud gaming.
  • NQ4 AI Gen3 Processor provides sophisticated 4K upscaling.
  • Dolby Atmos and Object Tracking Sound+ deliver impressive built-in audio.
  • Ultra Viewing Angle helps maintain picture quality across wider seating positions.
  • Sleek FloatLayer design looks appropriately premium.

Cons

  • Flagship performance carries a premium price.
  • 4K/165Hz requires a compatible gaming PC and graphics card.
  • Wireless One Connect requires a separately sold box.
  • Samsung continues to favor HDR10+ rather than Dolby Vision.
  • A 77-inch screen requires substantial room and wall space.

Best For

  • High-end PC gamers
  • PlayStation and Xbox owners
  • Competitive gamers wanting high refresh rates and VRR
  • Large-screen gaming rooms
  • Movie fans who also want flagship gaming performance
  • Bright-room OLED buyers who need better glare control

Not Ideal For

  • Budget gaming setups
  • Buyers specifically requiring Dolby Vision
  • Small rooms
  • Casual viewers who won't use its advanced gaming capabilities

The Sony BRAVIA 9 II is Sony’s flagship 4K LED TV for viewers who want extreme brightness, expansive color, and precise contrast without stepping into OLED. Its 75-inch True RGB display uses independently controlled red, green, and blue LEDs to produce purer color and a wider color range, while Sony’s advanced backlight control and XR processing help deliver cinematic detail in both bright and dark scenes.

True RGB is the defining technology here. Instead of relying on a conventional white or blue LED backlight, the BRAVIA 9 II controls red, green, and blue LEDs independently. Sony says this approach combines the broad color capabilities associated with QD-OLED with the brightness advantages of Mini LED, helping the TV reproduce vivid colors with excellent saturation even at higher luminance levels.

Sony’s RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro and XR Contrast Booster 40 work together to precisely control local brightness and contrast, while RGB Triluminos Max expands the available color palette. XR Clear Image helps clean up and upscale lower-resolution sources, and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG gives movies and streaming content plenty of HDR flexibility.

The BRAVIA 9 II is also designed for challenging rooms. X-Wide Angle Pro helps maintain consistent color and contrast for viewers sitting off-center, while Immersive Black Screen Pro reduces the impact of glare and reflections. That combination makes the 75-inch model particularly appealing for large living rooms with wide seating arrangements or significant ambient light.

Google TV provides streaming apps, personalized recommendations, Chromecast built-in, Apple AirPlay, and Gemini-powered voice features. Gamers get 4K/120Hz, VRR, ALLM, and Sony’s PlayStation 5-specific Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode, while an 80-watt Acoustic Multi-Audio+ system with eight speaker units delivers more substantial built-in sound than most ultra-thin TVs.

Pros

  • True RGB backlighting independently controls red, green, and blue LEDs for exceptionally rich, pure color.
  • Combines very high brightness with an expanded color range, making HDR particularly impactful.
  • RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro provides precise local dimming and contrast control.
  • XR Contrast Booster 40 helps produce bright highlights alongside deep shadow detail.
  • X-Wide Angle Pro maintains more consistent color and contrast across wider seating positions.
  • Immersive Black Screen Pro helps reduce glare and reflections in bright rooms.
  • Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HLG support provide broad HDR compatibility.
  • 4K/120Hz, VRR, ALLM, and PlayStation 5-specific features make it a strong gaming TV.
  • Google TV with Chromecast, AirPlay, and Gemini provides a comprehensive smart-TV platform.
  • 80W Acoustic Multi-Audio+ system with eight speaker units delivers unusually capable built-in sound.

Cons

  • Flagship True RGB technology comes at a substantial premium.
  • The native panel refresh rate is 120Hz rather than the 144Hz or 165Hz available on some gaming-focused competitors.
  • VRR is limited to HDMI inputs 3 and 4.
  • At 84 pounds without the stand, installation is best treated as a two-person or professional job.
  • Buyers who primarily watch in a completely dark room may still prefer OLED’s pixel-level black performance.

Best For

  • Large, bright living rooms
  • Premium home theaters where high HDR brightness matters
  • Viewers who want vivid color without sacrificing LED brightness
  • Wide seating arrangements
  • Movie and sports fans
  • PlayStation 5 owners and 4K/120Hz gamers
  • Buyers who want flagship performance without moving to OLED

Not Ideal For

  • Budget-conscious shoppers
  • Small rooms where a 75-inch screen would be excessive
  • PC gamers specifically seeking refresh rates above 120Hz
  • Buyers who prioritize absolute OLED-style blacks above maximum brightness
  • Anyone looking for a lightweight, easy-to-install display

The Loewe Stellar dr+ approaches television design more like luxury furniture than consumer electronics. Designed, engineered, and made in Germany, it combines a custom 55-inch OLED display with genuine brushed aluminum, a real concrete rear cabinet, integrated ambient lighting, sophisticated cable management, and a built-in speaker system to create a television that's intended to look exceptional from virtually every angle.

Its premium design doesn't come at the expense of picture quality. Loewe uses a customized WRGB OLED panel with Micro Lens Array and META technology, factory calibration, 4K resolution, and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR10, and HLG. With quoted panel luminance around 1,500 cd/m², the Stellar delivers the deep blacks OLED is known for alongside impressive highlight brightness.

What really distinguishes the Stellar is its craftsmanship. The diamond-cut brushed-aluminum frame surrounds the display, while the rear enclosure uses actual concrete rather than plastic textured to resemble it. Connections and cables are carefully concealed, so the TV maintains its premium appearance even when viewed from the side or rear.

Loewe's Magic.Light adds another design element through a hidden LED light bar. It can provide welcome and farewell animations or atmospheric ambient lighting while you're watching, with adjustable colors, brightness, saturation, and animation settings. An optional motorized Loewe floor stand can even rotate the television at the touch of a button.

The Stellar dr+ is also unusually capable as an all-in-one entertainment system. Its integrated 1TB SSD supports recording and timeshifting, while four HDMI connections include HDMI 2.1 capability with VRR up to 144Hz. The built-in speaker system and extensive smart-TV functionality further reduce the amount of additional equipment needed around such an intentionally minimalist display.

Pros

  • Designed, engineered, and made in Germany.
  • Genuine brushed aluminum and concrete construction gives it a uniquely luxurious appearance.
  • Custom OLED panel delivers excellent black levels and contrast.
  • Factory-calibrated picture helps provide accurate color out of the box.
  • Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support cover both major dynamic HDR formats.
  • Magic.Light provides integrated customizable ambient lighting.
  • Integrated 1TB SSD provides recording and timeshift functionality.
  • VRR up to 144Hz makes it surprisingly capable for gaming.
  • Integrated cable management keeps installations exceptionally clean.
  • Premium built-in speaker system reduces the immediate need for external audio.

Cons

  • Far more expensive than mainstream 55-inch flagship OLED TVs.
  • Heavy premium materials make it more substantial than typical ultra-thin TVs.
  • Some smart-TV features and broadcast functionality are more European-focused than mainstream U.S. alternatives.
  • The design premium won't make sense for buyers focused purely on picture quality per dollar.
  • Optional Loewe stands and accessories can increase an already substantial investment.

Best For

  • Luxury interiors
  • Design-conscious homeowners
  • High-end apartments and architectural spaces
  • Buyers who want their TV to look exceptional from every angle
  • Viewers who appreciate European craftsmanship
  • Anyone looking for a statement piece rather than just another black television

Not Ideal For

  • Value-focused buyers
  • Users who only care about picture performance per dollar
  • Minimal-budget home theaters
  • Buyers who don't value premium materials and craftsmanship

It brings LG's self-lit OLED technology, powerful α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3, Dolby Vision, advanced gaming features, and webOS 26 together in a versatile package that can serve equally well as a movie TV, everyday streaming display, or high-performance gaming screen.

OLED's biggest advantage remains its 8.3 million individually controlled self-lit pixels. Each can switch completely off to produce Perfect Black, giving the C6 exceptional contrast without blooming around bright objects. Perfect Color helps maintain rich, accurate color across different brightness levels, making everything from dark movies to colorful animation look more convincing.

LG's α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 handles picture and sound optimization, with AI Super Upscaling 4K helping lower-resolution sources look cleaner on the UHD display. Dynamic Tone Mapping Ultra optimizes HDR, while Dolby Vision and FILMMAKER MODE give movie lovers plenty of options for getting a cinematic image.

The C6 is especially strong for gaming. Its native 120Hz panel supports VRR up to 165Hz, along with NVIDIA G-SYNC compatibility, AMD FreeSync, ALLM, HGiG, and a response time below 0.1ms. LG's Game Optimizer and Game Dashboard put the most useful gaming adjustments together in an easy-to-access interface.

webOS 26 provides streaming apps, LG Channels, Google Cast, Apple AirPlay, smart-home integration, and a growing selection of AI-powered features. That combination of OLED picture quality, excellent gaming performance, mature smart-TV software, and multiple screen sizes makes the C6 an easy recommendation for buyers who want premium performance without stepping all the way up to LG's flagship G-Series.

The Samsung QN70H brings Mini LED backlighting and Quantum Dot color to a more accessible 65-inch TV, making it an attractive option for shoppers who want a big, bright 4K picture without moving into flagship pricing. Its Neo QLED display combines Quantum Mini LEDs with 100% Color Volume, AI-powered processing, and Samsung's full smart-TV platform for an impressive balance of size, performance, and value.

Quantum Mini LED backlighting gives the QN70H more precise control over brightness and contrast than a conventional LED TV. Pairing those smaller LEDs with Quantum Dot technology allows the display to reproduce over a billion shades of color while maintaining color intensity in bright scenes, making sports, animation, nature documentaries, and HDR content especially vibrant.

Samsung's NQ4 AI Processor optimizes picture and sound in real time, while 4K Upscaling improves lower-resolution TV and streaming content. Color Booster Pro analyzes scenes to enhance color depth and richness, and Neo Quantum HDR provides additional impact to compatible high-dynamic-range content.

Motion Xcelerator with Dual Line Gate can provide up to 120Hz motion performance on the 65-inch model, helping fast sports and gaming appear smoother. Object Tracking Sound Lite adds a greater sense of movement to the built-in audio, while Active Voice Amplifier and Adaptive Sound+ help keep dialogue clear as content and room conditions change.

One UI Tizen provides access to streaming services, Samsung TV Plus, SmartThings, Matter, voice assistants, and Samsung's wider connected-home ecosystem. Wrapped in Samsung's slim AirSlim design, the QN70H is a strong option for shoppers who simply want a large, colorful, modern 4K TV without paying OLED or flagship Mini LED prices.

Pros

  • Quantum Mini LED backlighting provides better contrast and brightness control than conventional LED TVs.
  • Quantum Dot technology delivers 100% Color Volume.
  • 65-inch screen offers excellent size for the money.
  • NQ4 AI Processor optimizes picture and sound.
  • 4K Upscaling improves lower-resolution content.

  • Active Voice Amplifier helps keep dialogue intelligible.
  • Q-Symphony integrates compatible Samsung soundbars with the TV speakers.
  • One UI Tizen provides a comprehensive streaming and smart-home platform.
  • AirSlim design gives the TV a clean, modern profile.

Cons

  • Native panel refresh rate is 60Hz, with DLG used to provide higher motion performance on larger sizes.
  • No Dolby Vision support.
  • No Dolby Atmos decoding is listed for this model.
  • Only three HDMI inputs compared with four on many premium TVs.
  • No dedicated anti-reflection treatment.

Best For

  • Budget-conscious shoppers wanting a 65-inch TV

I own a LG OLED TV C1 for about 2 years and it still work like it’s new. I also agree with the top comment. Plus when ever I go to the Best Buy in my area the return TV’s are mostly the SONY BRAVIA? You cannot go wrong with the LG OLED TV’s. I love minds and I’m getting ready to upgrade to a larger size.

,
Sony is an excellent TV but only has 2 2.1 HDMI ports which is not ideal if you have more than one gaming system and is expensive.
Samsung tvs are not better than LG Oled tvs as they have been known to have to many adverts and are not future proof as Samsung does not support Dolby vision. This important as the major plaforms/apps use it.

The best all round tv and money for your buck is the LG OLED TV. I have the LG C1 55 which is the WBE model and therefore boosts the EVO panel. The LG C1 also includes Black Frame insertion which LG did not include in both the C2 and C3.

Very informative and Ive already put my order in for a LG 77" B3
