The Cherry Bomb speaker's patented three-way design includes a 5" dual-chamber, band-pass subwoofer, a 4" woofer, and a .75" tweeter all in one small unit. The combination of small form factor and full-range audio performance equals faster installation times because you dig only one hole for every two you would normally have to dig with a standard landscape audio package! You're running less wire and making fewer splices now too, not to mention there is no separate subwoofer amp needed with Cherry Bombs.
The patented design doesn't just save you installation time, it also sounds better. Since the low, mid, and high frequencies all originate from the same location, everything is equidistant from the listening location, meaning all you hear is perfectly phase-matched full-range sound. A built-in 64W transformer comes standard for 70V installations.

Subscape 12 Outdoor 12" In-Ground Band-Pass Subwoofer
Designed to mimic the look of landscape lighting, the weather-proof Escape Series brings Rockustic’s superior audio quality to discreet, attractive enclosures that will blend seamlessly into your outdoor environment.
The Subscape 12 is a direct-burial, 12" subwoofer to complement Periscape speakers. With 300 watts (RMS) of power handling, it brings a ground-shaking bass response to your outdoor installations and is the perfect companion to Periscape spike-mount speakers. Once installed, the only visible part of the speaker is a discreet, brown vent cap. One Subscape subwoofer is suitable for installations of up to 7 Periscape units; additional subwoofers are recommended for larger installations. The Subscape 12 may also be used with other Rockustics speakers or other outdoor products. A built-in transformer provides convenience for 70V installations; the subwoofer may also be operated in 8-ohm direct mode. When installed in 8-ohm mode, we recommend the use of the PhaseTech P350 subwoofer amp.
Rockustics’ Escape series of landscape speakers gives you an attractive, discreet way to distribute audio throughout an outdoor setting. Applications include outdoor living spaces, hotel pool areas, courtyards, outdoor malls, or outdoor seating areas for restaurants or cafes. Systems may be configured with any number of Periscape speakers, with a minimum suggested complement of 4 Periscape units and one Subscape subwoofer. Additional subwoofers are recommended for installations using more than 8 Periscape speakers. Escape speakers are available in Brown. All models have 70V transformers with multiple tap settings and can be operated in an 8Ω direct mode.
