The SVS PB-4000 is a self-powered subwoofer that features a 1,200 watt Class D DSP amplifier that controls power flow and ensures crystal clear output no matter what you are listening to and no matter how loud or quiet the volume. It also creates three port tuning modes with their very own response curves -- imagine three subwoofers housed in one cabinet.

iOS and Android compatible

The SVS smartphone app for Android and iOS devices gives you even more control over your listening experience. Download this free app and take control of all of your ported subwoofers DSP functions including: volume, parametric EQ, low pass filter, phase, polarity, room gain, port-tuning, custom presets, and system settings. The app allows you to save favorite settings and presets and displays updates in real time. Whether you want to dial back the bass during a romantic dinner or you want to shake the paintings off the walls with your favorite dance tracks, SVS makes it easy for you to hear every musical detail with dynamic clarity.

Awsome sub
Ive had klisph subs 300 watt. The pb4000 is well ground shaking. My room is 21 x 21 and this thing shakes every thing in house, lost a few pictures along the way. Paired with emotiva t2, ce and 2 sets of e2 and 4 klisps ceiling speakers for a 7.1.4 set up receiver is merantz 8015 with bas X 3 channel amp for front stage. Awsome sub for this set up.

Incredible Everything
I've been a customer of SVS since 2014 (SB1000, PB2000, PB13-Ultra, (2) PB4000s, and PB2000pro). I purchased the (2) PB4000 subwoofers 2.5 years ago to compliment my old PB13-Ultra, time aligned and EQ'd with miniDSP (Just one of these is enough for most people, but I might have a bass addiction). The sound quality, output capability, build quality, and ease of use of these subs are amazing and in a league of their own. I have all (3) subs turned WAY down most of the time, but when I throw parties I can get the walls shaking. I also have the wireless SoundPath Connection things... I think that's what they're called... so I can put the subs anywhere in my living room which is quite convenient. SVS customer service has also been outstanding over the years. One of the PB4000 subs developed a slight vibration in one of the ports around a specific frequency so I called customer service. A replacement was sent immediately at no cost. SVS has a customer for life right here, 10/10 for product and company quality. I just bought my mother-in-law a PB2000pro for her upcoming birthday and I know that it will hold up to the same level of sound fidelity and quality as all of the past products I've experienced.

Great Investment
I could write a glowing review telling you how I replaced my two Klipsch R112SW subs with a PB4000 and how my home theater sound increased dramatically for the good but instead I'll make it real easy with only one word..........WOW. I thought my home theater sounded great before, but the difference after a break in period was not only noticeable but unexpected. It sounded so much better that I had to replace my Klipsch RF82 II's with a pair of Prime Pinnacles and my Kipsch RC62 II center with a Ultra Center. As Frank Barone would say HOLY CRAP!

I have had the PB-4000 for approximately a year and a half. I am absolutely pleased with this Sub woofer. It is a Beast! I will be ordering a second one
