Nice upgrde From Play 1
I have a Sonos Arc and was using a couple of Play 1 as surround sound speakers. I bought these for an upgrade on Surround sound. These are much more present than the Play 1. I have used these alone for some music listening. These are comparable to the Yamaha musiccast surround sound speakers. The Sonos app is much superior in ease of operation than Musiccast software. As an old 2 channel music fan, these are great for ease of use and clarity.

GREAT SOUND, EASY TO SET UP!
Love these speakers!! Easy to set up. We set up 4 of them within a half hour! App is easy and works seamlessly when switching through the speakers!! Will be ordering a couple more for outdoors etc!!

Sonos Fives are by far my favorite non-moving speakers (The Sonos Move is my favorite moving speakers)! The sound packed into these speakers are amazing. Until you hear Sonos, it is hard to explain how moving to a smaller speaker makes sense. With Sonos, and especially the Five, you give up the bulky 80's speakers for a non-intrusive, amazing sound. And the ease of setup allows me to hear music within moments of being in a new place - no more wiring!
