Not happy
not happy with bose have had this sub for abit over a year and decided to not work any more no power or lights turn on nothing. For the price very disappointing. The sound bar is great but not the sub.

Sounds strong
At the beginning i was really excited with the quality sound and high fidelity, compared with my old soundbar from Samsung, the bose have a really big difference, much better sound, not just the volume, the high fidelity, but my base module starts with a issue, sometimes sounds good and sometimes sound like if the speaker has broken, i have a month with this new system, so I'm really disappointed...

Unreliable and expensive
I have had 2 of these units over the last 3 years, I had to buy the second unit because the first one failed just outside of the warranty. Now the second one has failed, same problem as the first just wont power on. Totally unreliable and disgusting quality for what used to be a great brand. I won’t be buying Bose again.

Bad Ruttling Noise
I have 2 of this subs with two of them being pair with soundtouch 700 via wireless the only way the rattling noise goes away is but connecting with a cable and off course I will loose the second sub because only one can be connected via cable sucks for suck a expensive product.

Popping Noise during movies
Just bought one week, expecting this common issue have been solve. After this purchase, there still have this Intermittent popping sound ,which feel very annoying.
Hope Bose development team can seriously look into this matter.
Other than that is a good bass module ,and sound that would not disappointed you.

We setup it day before yesterday.

help!
The product did not come with a remote matching the set up guide, or the online video. i have no idea how to set it up without the proper remote. I have the remote to the soundbar, it does not have a number 7, or the characture to link the soundbar to the subwoofer.
