These cables are great! Really sturdy and the banana plugs fit snuggly into the terminals. I'm using them to connect my Prime Bookshelf speakers to a SoundBase Pro.

They are great and all my speakers are now with these cables....love the 12 awg wire and the banana plugs are tight and secure and don't fall apart when you remove them to change speaker arrangement or connect to a different speaker. I would recommend them to anyone and they are well made and I believe will last for years! Did not need break in time imo and they from the beginning were much better sounding then the 20 yr old bare wire 10 awg I used in the past. Soundstage opened up...vocals became more clear...bass is tighter. Its delivering the signal and only the signal and the speakers do the rest!

I have a very good but older AVR system, and so I had to strip part of the cable to attach the Sound Path to it, but I used the regular plugs to my SVS Ultra Center Speaker. There was, to me, a noticeable improvement in sound and clarity, even though even with the lesser connection, this is the best center speaker, ever. It works beautifully. Incidentally, I also have the SVS height speakers for Atmos, and they along with the center speaker have made sizeable, rich difference on the sound of films we stream or play on physical media. I've got subs that are svs and I use their cables. i haven't had a problem with any of them. Everything works great! I definitely recommend this product and i will use SVS equipment in the future!

Overall for the price...best bang for the buck! Compared to my 20 yr plus old 12 awg open ended bare speaker wire from acoustic research pro series ...these speaker cables improved the soundstage..depth and my mids and highs improved less muddy and not competing with or being drown out by the amazing bass from my dual SB 3000's!! The cables did have a break in or burn in period of 4 weeks and 40 hours of use the bass increased to what the bare wire that was 20 yrs old did but tighter and with more control over the bass drivers. Very happy with the cables and when I get the Parasound A 52+ I will buy more SVS ultra speaker cables to drive other tower speakers!...they look much better too

Speaker cables sound great, however banana connectors are cheap and fall apart. I moved my amplifier to make an adjustment, and banana connector fell apart. The plug part of the connector is crimped into the screw-on section by a contact surface of about 1mm. the connectors cannot withstand stresses caused when moving amplifiers or speakers. I cut of the connector and stripped the wire, connecting it as a bare-wire connection.

I thought my previous cable was good for speaker. Boy was I wrong. I could tell right away that my center channel sounded deeper and fuller with the new ultra cable.

i really like the quality of the construction of the cables except 1 of them has a leg on 1 end about a quarter inch shorter than the other , for almost 100 bucks a pair , i would think that quality control would be better , i don't think it affects the sound but who knows ? and 2 of the barrel housing things were real loose , i screwed them finger tight , but the woven jackets are stellar , the connections into my receiver and speakers is snug on the speakers , super tight into my receiver , and , we can hear a difference in the sound , more detail , warmer , more spacial , i would buy them again

I had 10ga cables with locking banana plugs from another company that were not quite long enough when I moved to my latest home, and that had been twisted up over multiple moves in the 12 years I'd had them. Since my whole system is SVS at this point, I decided to give the Soundpath Ultra cables a shot for my LCR. Due to the many options for length, I was able to get exactly what I needed for my room. The cables are very well put together with secure connections and are very attractive where visible in my system. I was also impressed with how snugly the banana plugs fit into my Prime Towers and Center and my Emotiva XPA-3 amp. There is no danger whatsoever of these coming out unintentionally.

While I have never been much of a believer in cables making as much of an audible difference as some audiophiles hype, there did seem to be small improvements compared to my previous cables, which were a brand generally held to be excellent. Nothing revelatory, mind you, but the fact that I heard any difference at all was surprising. Without changing anything in my AVR and after living with the cables for a bit, mid-bass seems punchier and highs just a bit cleaner. And while I didn't buy them with the expectation of any audible improvement, I'll gladly take it.

Works great for me! One word of caution would be, whatever size you think you need...add two to four feet to it!

As everything that I have purchased from SVS Sound regarding construction quality and sound quality. I have ran SVS Soundpath ultra speaker cables throughout our theater room. Quality of construction as well as sound quality is beyond amazing. Immersive sound that has to be heard. I highly recommend.The line of all SVS Soundpath Ultra Speaker Cables are the best cables for my system's speakers. 10 out of 10 every time.

Had monster cable speaker wire with DIY monoprice bananas. Have new KEF R11’s and bought the soundpath more for esthetics, not expecting sound improvement. Not sure if it is the banana connection quality, the shielding or the copper (or all of the above), but not only did I get improved esthetics but sound quality noticeably improved!

The look and feel of the cable is better than anything I have experienced before. The banana plugs fit tightly into my Ultra Bookshelf binding posts. Very happy with my purchase and the look oh the cables in my theater!

Wanted to try new cable for my ARCAM, B&W, DSL speaker set up. SVS speaker cables are solid, a great value and noticed a sharper, clearer sound with fullness from my towers and a more pronounced voice from my center channel. Loving what I’m hearing!

I searched the god Amazon for the new center speaker I recently purchased but found nothing that would work (banana plugs solely), as the terminals on the back of the speaker were recessed at an angle and the Monster Cable I ordered wouldn’t work and had to be returned. I then chanced upon SVS and found the solution: a 4’ mixed cable with banana plugs on one end and spade fittings on the other end. (I also purchased the base woofer feet SVS replacement). I fit the new cable to the the speaker and then to my receiver. I did have to play around with which channel would fire the center speaker, and, after some troubleshooting, I heard the clarity of the center speaker: amazing. The SVS foot replacement on the woofer really punched up the sound from it and I was truly blown away by the performance! I really recommend SVS products for your stereo needs! Get some.

Great sound, great value. Full, open sound.

Purchased SVS speaker cable because I wanted something more than just the clear spools of speaker wire at BB and did not want to spend a thousand dollars for speaker wire on speakers that retail for 3 grand. This is a really well made speaker cable with connections that are tight and just look and feel right.

As a retired electrical technician who spent countless hours soldering electronic equipment the first thing I did was inspect these cables after receiving them. Just what I wanted to see. Superb solder connection, high quality material, solid construction and good craftsmanship. Spend all the money you like on so called "better" cables but you're just wasting your money. You might feel good because you spent so much money but your ears will not know the difference. SVS SoundPath Ultra Speaker Cables are perfect for whatever system or speaker you have. I have a Rotel 1592 MkII and my current and favorite speakers are my Polk R700's.

The SVS SoundPath speaker cables are sturdy, well made cables that look good and sound good. I have never been into either the magical engineering discussions of ultra expensive high end cables which cost far more than these (the SoundPaths are as good as cables ten or twenty times more expensive in my opinion), nor do I subscribe to the psychoacoustic wishful thinking that if I spend a lot on mystical cables I’ll hear better or brighter sound. Still, I think good electronics should have good cables with good conductors and good terminations. My previous cables were going on twenty-five years and had been freshly stripped to bare wire terminations several times to overcome minor corrosion and wildly unruly braiding, so I thought it was time for some new, high quality wires. The SoundPath cables impressed me greatly with their solid appearance, great specs and reassuring feel. They look great and are way easy to connect (bananas for me). I put them on two separate setups, one with Marantz electronics and Def Tech speakers (left, right and center) and one with Marantz electronics and Golden Ear Triton speakers (also left, right and center). Both setups now look great and sound great, and don’t I think the sound is more "clear" and "open"? Sure I do, because I bought excellent new cables…. As usual, SVS makes quality goods and has first rate customer service-what a great company. You will not be disappointed if you buy these cables, or anything else SVS makes. We also have their subs and we love them. Thanks SVS!

I'm very pleased with these cables. My home theater never sounded this good with the speaker wires I was using. the sound from my Anthem MRX500 receiver and Energy Connosseur series speakers is so much clearer and crisper and I hear sounds that I could not hear before.

100%. These cables are virtually indistinguishable in terms of sound quality and athletics from my NBS cables that cost 20 times more. Perhaps my dog can distinguish the difference but I certainly can’t. Great product, wonderful customer service and delivery times that astonish.

after buying what I thought were good cables from Amazon I found shorts and issues with connections. I bought the SVS Cables and I think they are a quality product. I had no problems with them and am enjoying the great sound on my SVS subwoofer and my Heresy IV speakers. I also really like the SVS issolation feet I bought for the subwoofer.

The build quality on this cable is second to none. I went with bananas on each end they fit just right on the binding posts. Not too tight or too loose. The cable itself looks gorgeous at well, which was the main reason for the purchase. I wasn't necessarily looking for an improvement in sound quality, I wanted a pretty looking cable and this certainly fits the bill. I'm very happy with this cable and will be upgrading my left and right speakers as well.

I bought these for my Prime Pinnacles and my Ultra Center. I'm not a believer in ultra expensive cables but cable quality does matter. These are well made high end cables that others would charge much more for. They've made a noticeable difference in the sound. It's cleaner and more detailed than the standard copper speaker wire I was using. I also hate binding posts, so I love the banana connectors. I'm glad I made the upgrade.

Great as expected! Never disappointed by any of the accessories or subwoofer that I have purchased from SVS! Plus, the customer service and technical support is top notch!

Fixed the problem I was having with my new receiver. Kept getting a “check wire” error message and realized there was a problem with the older cables but couldn’t pinpoint it. The SVS cables eliminated the error message from my receiver. additionally, the sound improved. Excellent quality cables at a very competitive price when you compare them to other cables of this type.

Recently, I upgraded my speaker cables to the SVS Soundpath Ultra speaker cables. I have a bi-wired speaker cable configuration on my Martin Logan Aerius I electrostatic speakers, mated to an Emotiva 7 channel amplifier. 20 years ago I had purchased a nice set of Monster Cable brand speaker cables. They were not the cheaper zip cord type Monster cables…they were about ½ in diameter with nice interchangeable connectors. I’ve had them connected to my system for 20 years. Last month I noticed the sheathing was coming apart at the connector point, so it was time to invest in new cables. The Martin Logans are VERY high resolution speakers. Any change I make to the system is reflected in their sonic output—good and bad. For example, even moving the speaker’s toe-in ¼ of an inch makes quite a startling sonic difference. I hooked up the first set of (4) SVS 10 foot cables with the spade connector option to my system. (2 cables for each stereo channel.) Total immediate , pleasurable sonic difference to my system. A coherency with the bass driver and the electrostatic panel was evident to me. Like they were both “in sync.” That “in sync” feeling was missing with the 2 different types of bi-wired Monster Cable I had been using. Soundstage was great, transient response was super-fast, like the speakers “used to be” when new and the high-end seemed to a bit more extended. The Martin Logans have a unique ability to play with zero ear fatigue at high volume levels, if all things are set up correctly. THAT part had been missing for me. Now, they are so effortless that I have to be careful how loud I play them. It just seems like you can keep turning them up louder and louder and louder. Sounds SO good. My particular system sounds tremendously different with these cables. I am really, really happy with the purchase. The SVS cables made that happen for me. Effortless sound. Ear candy sound. Just beautiful. A few days later, I whipped out my credit card and bought a 4 foot set of them for my center channel electrostatic. So now, all the cables up front are all SVS Soundpath Ultras. I think I spent about $250 for all the new cables. The audible improvement in my setup was 10 times that amount. Mike Rhodes, Muncie, Indiana

These are very fine speaker cables. Do they sound better than my previous heavy gauge zip cables, I'm not sure. But the value is excellent. Do they sound better than $1000+ cables? Well, I don't have a $100,000+ system, so I can't say. But they look good and play good in my system Once again, SVS has provided very fine cables, to borrow an old Apple phrase, "for the rest of us."
