Sony NB10 Wireless Neckband Speaker

Pros: It is very lightweight, and paired easily. My voice quality in calls was clear and interference-free for recipient I tested this with who had previously complained about low quality with other neckband speakers.
Cons: The sound quality and volume for me were shockingly poor. Podcasts were tinny and music-I wasn’t expecting audiophile quality, but was expecting it would sound better and have a higher volume than the speaker from my phone. Returning has been a full hassle which they ask you not to write about in reviews but provide no other written place to contact them other than an infuriating text bot. Please rest assured that the one star is truly performance and the product not meeting even my minimal expectations and the customer service comments are there to let folks know that if the product does not meet your expectations, you’re going to find customer support similarly lacking.

This is ok if you just don’t want to wear headphones or earbuds. There’s no base or anything. Ok I guess if you want to listen to audio books. I bought one for myself and my wife. I didn’t need to buy this. Money wasted.
