Ver solid stands for the Ultra bookshelf speakers. Great height to bring them to ear level. Instructions could be better but very doable.

Fantastic match with Ultra Bookshelf in piano white. Easy to construct. Very sturdy, but not overwhelming heavy. Highly recommend filing with dry sand to remove resonance, but otherwise excellent. Great balance between functionality and price.

Happy with the speaker stands. Well built, sturdy and look good. My only suggestion to improve is for SVS to provide some option to mount the Bookshelf speakers using the mount holes in the stands. Other than that a perfect fit for my SVS ultra bookshelves!

One bolt that secures the foot pad would not tighten, otherwise no assembly issues.

I love my speaker stands..a little difficult to put together..but I love the finished product..very heavy me solid and sturdy...a very good product.

Sturdy, great looking, perfect match for my SVS ULTRA BOOKSHELF speakers.

Ok so being in the trades for 50 years gives me license to never read directions and sometimes regret not doing so. Not that these instructions would have helped. Anyway before you screw the four leg pieces on the base corners note that four are different from the other four. If you mix them up you're gonna wonder why the stand wobbles. Slip all four on one base first. If the bolt holes do not line up exactly you have one misplaced. A concealed wire way would have been nice but I think on legs this short the upper and lower keepers should keep the wire out of view.

Most of my speakers also came today but will not review for some time. First impression is making is outstanding! The speakers I ordered look exceptional in every way. Photos do not do justice to that piano black finish.

I just ordered my whole Prime system (Bookshelves, Satellites, (2) SB-2000pro, and center. Of setting the whole system up (new Sony 7.1 receiver), these stands took the longest to assemble. It would have gone faster had I assembled one of the pair, rather than both at the same time. This way I could have seen the final product and copied it. The reason they took so long were the confusing and worthless instructions.

Other than that, they’re perfect.

High quality and look great

These speaker stands are elegant, sturdy and you can even fill them with sand or shot. They are solid and heavy enough on their own. It’s so great that SVS offers so many useful and quality accessories for their products!

Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Wife thinks they look nice. Rubber foot pad option wound scratch my wood floors. Keeping the carpet spikes for potential changes.

Perfect height for B&W 685 S2. Too tall for B&W 602 S1.

Nice sturdy stands

Just got these and previous reviews were right kind of a pain to assemble, thought it would be super easy but when putting feet on directions don't say there are 2 different kinds of feet a #1 and a #2 that is stated on a different page but other than that these stands are very sturdy and work great with the ultra bookshelf speakers. I do wish you could run wire in the tube but they have a small adapter for the wires to go behind the poles.

The build quality of these stands are great. As always prompt shipping and delivered as promised from SVS.

The stands themselves are fantastic quality. I however received them with one top plate missing and I have yet to install these with my ultra bookshelf’s. A call and email to SVS got me prompt response, but I was disappointed to know that they sent a replacement via standard ground shipping and I now have to wait and additional 5 business days. I would have very much like to have paid for expedited shipping if free shipping is all they could afford.

Sorry to rant about that mishap, the stands are quality and you will be very pleased with them if they arrive complete. I recommend blue tak for extra security. Lowe’s has it for a couple of bucks.

I have a pair of the 34" stands using them as side surrounds. I'm about to buy these 26" stands for my front speakers. Anyway to help a few people out I wanted to share how I used blu tac to secure my ultra bookshelf speakers down to them. They have been rock solid sturdy on the sanus stands for 2 years now.

I just purchased a set of these two days ago, not the 26" tall ones, the 22" (Part #: UB-SF22-B1) for a pair of old school Polk Audio RT55i bookshelf speakers. For those who know these speakers, they aren't small.....solid wood weighing in about 36 lbs each.. These stands are very high quality, constructed of heavy gauge steel with a power coated, black textured finish. Very industrial looking, I love it. The stands are packed very well too, my box arrived badly beat up but the stands sustained no damage. Constructor, appearance, and finish get 5/5 from me.

The downside, as others have mentioned, are the awful instructions- bad diagrams and ambiguous text . They are poor at best, mainly the steps for attaching the feet to the base of the stands. ****Pay attention to fine print otherwise the feet will not line up properly.

26" tall may be a bit high for some large bookshelf speakers, the 22" tall are perfect for my Polks.

I purchased these for the Ultra Bookshelf speakers. They were easy to assemble (Read and reread the directions, though. Even the fine print. Very important). They are just the right high for me, very sturdy, and they even give you the option to add sand. I did not add sand, but down the road I might. They include rubber feet and metal spikes. I've only used the metal spikes on my carpeted floor and they work very well. They come with a nut on each spike that you can use to balance the stand. Also, four speaker wire "holders" are included to keep the speaker wire neatly in place behind the stand (optional). The one problem I ran into was the back screw on the top. I added the wire "holder" and that screw would not go down far enough to be flush with the top of the speaker. I unscrewed and screwed it back in four times to no avail. It sticks out just barely. I cut a thick black mouse pad to size and put it on the top of each. Taking no chance in nicking the bottom of the speakers. Other than a stubborn screw, I'm very pleased with the stands and plan to purchase the other stands for the Prime Satellite speakers.

Excellent finish and quality. Suitable for heavy speakers of the bookshelf variety. I have 4 of these and am extremely satisfied.

First of all the directions are pretty difficult. Svs should make a quick set up guide for these stands, because they are kind've confusing. (I know they are not made by svs). It has a lot of screws n bolts that wont be needing to be installed for the ultra bookshelves application. So that is enough to confuse you right there. Svs should have an option for securing the bookshelves on top of these stands. One tug on the speaker wire from a curious cat and boom there goes the speaker to the ground. If no screw options on the bookshelf's at least maybe send out some thick double side tape or something.
