Gorgeous screen, flawed audio implementation
There is no analog audio out, and the SPDIF digital audio out is fixed. I regard that as a nearly irredeemable flaw in an otherwise wonderful TV. I have an older but very high end audio system and I would like be able to disable the internal speakers and feed the audio from the TV (via a DAC) to my stereo and still have the TV's remote control the TV audio's volume. Surely this would be a comparatively minor software tweak, given as the audio is still a data stream as it exits the set over the optical interface.

You get what you pay for
Terrific TV. Easy setup, excellent color, sound quality is adequate, the stand is extremely substantial, Samsung TV Plus is better than sliced bread for those living in areas without good cable or satellite service. The directions could be a tad larger print for our aging generation.

No Sound Option to output sound through HDMI
Got this during Black Friday period , and has been difficult since then
One connect box does recognize HDMI cable connection to ARC port but does not provide Sound Option (from TV menu) to output sound to HDMI.
It only lists TV output, Bluetooth and Optical .
Raised service request, Technician came home, thought its issue with OneConnect box motherboard, change the mother board but still the same issue
Return has been hassle due to non-support to help pack the tv back before shipping company can pick up.
left to use it as-is , living with just TV sound without being able to use "Sound System".
All the time wasted over multiple calls lead to dead-end.

Buyer beware
when using the sound bar the lip sync is so far off it is hard to watch. X box that is in the tv does not work, Spent hours on the phone with customer service. They are the worst. 5 hours getting the transfer two step. No one knew anything about the tv. I would never buy again due to the poor customer service. I f you expect the x box to work you better read the fine print. You would think looking at the add that you can just hook it up an play. You wont get the controller or the game pass for 35 days after. Never again Samsung for any of your products.

Phenomenal TV
This TV is exceptional. I have been wanting an OLED forever but haven't bought one because I know my family will without a doubt prove that Screenburn is a real thing ( I already know from owning a phone with an OLED screen that its real and as a video purist I could not live with having the burnt in images on my home TV screen). This TV manages local diming so well that it is (nearly) indistinguishable from the OLEDs. It's brighter than them and after a couple of adjustments to the stock picture profiles, this thing is just absolutley gorgeous to look at and to top it all off, It still looks perfect even from extremely off angle viewing like from the side and nearly parallel (which no one wants to..but could in this case) its still perfect! It was about $1K more than I was willing to spend because I was trying to hold out for Micro LED but this Mini-LED Panel is absolutely exceptional and worthy of all the praise I heard about on Youtube. Honestly I was hoping to bring it home and find reasons to return it and downgrade to a U8H (far less expensive) but after putting it through it paces I have to say I will be keeping it. They made it worth the extra $1K... One thing to note, Samsung, please release a patch for the software, I find myself having to turn the TV off to restart Tizen more frequently than I think a 5 star rating should allow but the Panel is that good so I will leave it at 5 stars but seriously, i am sure your programmers can do better with the software.

i just had this tv installed. amazing colors, resolution is excellent! my previous tv was also a samsung that was 6 years old. what an amazing difference! easy to install. very user friendly

Best QLED
Great TV, best LED available. Upgraded from a Q7 LED from 2017, and the improvements are undeniable especially with darker scenes and the colors are more vibrant than ever. Love Samsung TVs! If you can't grab their OLED than this TV is the one!

Incredible TV...
In reviewing my due diligent list for the Best Outdoor Tv's - the Neo Qled by far was the best choice. MirageVision masterfully waterproofed the entire unit - then install it into a protective dark metal case, with a high density clear viewing widow. MirageVision thought of everything from dehumidification fans: to proactive casing against hail, rain and snow. Once its mounted outside - you are good to good. No worries.

I have had my 75 inch QN95b for about a month and I am very happy that I purchased it. The picture clarity is amazing.
The only thing that I find that I am having a hard time getting used to is the speakers when using my firestick. My other samsung I used to keep the volume set on 12, this one I keep it on 35 most of the time and I still find it hard to hear..When not using the firestick I still set in around 22.

Rainbow Effect
Do NOT buy this TV if it is in a room with lights behind your viewing seat. I own this TV and Frame, but will never buy or recommend a Samsung to anymore customers. I bought this TV on the premise that it was anti-glare. When I hung the TV there was a reflection of my ceiling lights and floor lamp. The reflection had a rainbow effect stretched across the entire TV. Contacted Samsung and they sent over a technician, only to tell me there was nothing they could do, and told me to watch TV with lights OFF. That’s all fine except when you are trying to host a party, and use your Family rm and Kitchen. DO NOT BUY!
