Pretty Picture, but not ready for Prime Time
Had this TV for 2wks. Beautiful picture. Most streaming apps needed were supported and work flawlessly (no Crunchyroll). Samsung TV Plus is a bonus.

I also Bluetooth connect to a Samsung HW-S800B soundbar for this system update, great companion when it works. Bluetooth audio is not the best choice for audiophiles but for a 2.1 setup I don't care.

Every ~3 days the TV Bluetooth will stop working with any device (phone, soundbar, headphones), and the only way to resolve the connection issue is by removing the power cord from the outlet (also I recently figured out that holding the power button for 3 seconds also does a hard power reset).

I also noticed that the network will not connect when it is in this state too (Currently using Ethernet). What is weird about this is streaming still works, just the network diagnostics are offline.

Bluetooth also had distorted audio in the periods of TV use.

Because of the Bluetooth stopping and noise issue, I decided to connect via HDMI (EARC). I didn't want to do this because I have 4 HDMI devices to connect and a key specification I had when purchasing.

Connected the soundbar via HDMI to port 3 (EARC) and you would think this would be the end. NO. The soundbar is not recognized by the TV. The TV sees a device but doesn't know what this is. Connecting a Samsung TV to a Samsung Soundbar with a Samsung-supplied cable should have been a no-brainer.

Samsung chat support is a waste of time. 70 minutes on chat to repeat what I already had entered in pre-chat. I finally disconnected after waiting 25 minutes since the last response.

Not sure where I go from here, I'll probably end up calling support but have no confidence in a solution. Seems like there is a firmware update needed to support the S800b soundbar and fix connection issues.

Screen issue with less than 1 mo
I just bought this tv and have been using for 2 weeks now. This morning while watching tv with my wife we realized we were able to see a bunch of LEDs on 2 different spots of the tv. After that, we weren't able to watch tv without looking at those LEDs and being bothered by that screen issue. Paid thousands of dollars for a tv to have screen issues 2 weeks after start. Now I will have to deal with Samsung support and repair team which for sure will take a long time to fix or replace my tv.

Great Picture but nothing but audio issues
Picture is great, however I have had issues with the audio vibrating the back panel of the tv even at low volume. I have struggled with the support agents and trying to get someone to come out and address this issue. This being the next level down from top tier offerings by Samsung and at this price point, these issues should not be happening and I should not have to jump through hoops to get it addressed. I would not purchase this tv again.

TV won't turn on after 2 weeks
TV was my husband's Christmas gift. TV was mounted on my wall on 1-2-2023 by the company Samsung contracts with. TV turned off on 1-14-2023 while my husband was watching a program. I googled it and tried the basic "unplug it and plug it back in" recommendations, with no success. Called Samsung. They said they'd send a tech…AFTER I paid someone to come remove it from the wall mount…oh, and they won't re-mount it on the wall either. I paid for the install through their site when I bought the TV. Really unhappy with Samsung.

Issues out of the box
This is the very first major issue I've had with Samsung and this is also the highest priced item I've ever got from Samsung. My 65' TV keeps power cycling on it's own, I've only had this TV for a few hours, went through the troubleshooting steps. Customer service was helpful. Just waiting for a tech to come out. It's an understatement to say I'm disappointed. I hope the tech can fix this issue.

Pointless multiview
I bought this TV due to Samsungs apparent multi-view capabilities. Unfortunately, the multi view limits use to only one hdmi, and no apps are compatible with it, which makes it completely useless. What is the point of having multi-view if Samsung puts restraints on it so that you can only watch one hdmi input and then “Samsung TV.” Completely useless if you bought for this feature.

AWSOME PICTURE, 8K ??
Bought this TV about 2 weeks ago. It has awesome picture, but it does have connection issues and flicker sometimes(not like the power goes off just the screen flicker when on the app screen). I have to hold the power to reboot. I payed to much money to keep having to do this all the time.I would have gave it a 5 stars, but because of these issues I gave it 4 stars
