Does not work as advertised.
Owned for about 7 months, art mode stopped working 2 months ago. It does not go into standby mode at all, and Samsung is insistent nothing is wrong when there clearly is an issue. It has even identified by the tech that's been out 3 times and performed numerous tests and replaced the sensor that something is malfunctioning. For a niche product to not operate as advertised, I won't give anything beyond a one star rating. Think twice before you spend $2,000+ on this TV.

Disappointed
Bought the TV. Screen was defected. Reported and took 1 month for exchange. Guess what? Still defected ( back of Tv broken). This time I was told by them there is nothing they can do. I have all the photos and videos on the issue. They even asked me to send it to them only to tell me no. I will not consider buying Samsung TV. Buy it at your own risk.

Game changer for our space
Added this TV to a Great Room where we used to have art above the fireplace. It looks great and allows us to have TV when we want it and art the rest of the time.
No issues with the light/motion detector as others have complained about. It turns off at night and back on in the morning when I turn lights on or sun comes up.

NOT for Gaming!!
My 2019 Samsung 4k tv died the other night with the infamous black screen on the left. Not wanting to be without a tv to game with on my 4 day weekend approaching, I ordered this Samsung Frame TV overnight since it said 120hz on the website, and had HDMI 2.1. I set it up last night and was disappointed. The picture looks great and the tv is nice, but I am thinking 120hz is NOT supported due to the OneConnect box essentially routing the HDMI into that box, and then connecting to the TV via the optical (or whatever they call it) Cable that plugs into the TV. I ordered the above TV and will use what I have until it comes in next week, but looking forward to full 120hz on my Series X Xbox.

I searched everywhere and couldn't get a definitive answer on The Frame TV supports 120hz 4k gaming, but even when I manually adjusted my Xbox settings, it kept saying not compatible on the TV.

Miserable experience all around
Installed our new 55" model with great care (not a one-person job) and went to turn it on. It would not turn on, which turned into hours with customer support to troubleshoot, but they require a serial number which means unmounting the TV. It's been a full day since I started this process and still no working TV. Avoid this like the plague.

Incredible Anti-glare/no reflection.
Absolutely incredible anti-reflective coating. I have a 75" Standard Q-led and I have had the 85" The Frame now for several months. I'm blown away by the quality of both, but "The Frame" TV is outstanding. Sunlight will glare off the wall behind and not the TV. Expensive but worth the price in quality. Only issue I've had is that I (my wife...lol) forgot to put remote up high and the dog finally found and chewed it up... not the TV's fault.

Slim fit mount missing
My 43 in Frame TV came without the slim fit mount…..trying to contact Samsung not getting anywhere. I see a number of posts that have had the same problem.

Avoid! Very poor software and bugs
After delivery, mine would not work as advertised. The art mode is extremely limited, and requires a great deal of constant adjustment to adjust for different lighting throughout the day. It also had many bugs that made it impossible for me to display my photography properly.
