Great TV for price and awesome features

Bought this 75" Q80B 2 days ago, and am impressed so far by the performance and picture. Have owned 65" Curved UN65KS850 for 7 years now, and that Samsung is as impressive as day I bought it. Hoping this unit bring as much happiness.

Samsung 75 QLED 4k TV

The picture quality is good. I have an annoying sound coming from the TV for some reason. To the point, I can not use the TV now. Wouldnt recommends buying this tv.

Ambient Mode Broken

I purchased this tv specifically to have Ambient Mode. I had another 60 inch Samsung in perfect condition but without that feature. I paid $800 for this TV which is great, but Ambient Mode only has Artwork, Cinamagraph and My Album. It is missing Decor, Mood, Relaxation , Special Addition and other categories - WHICH IS WHY I PURCHASED THIS TV.

I spent 1 hr on the phone with a Samsung tv rep and 1 hr with a SmartThings rep - neither could figure out the problem.

I believe since Samsung changed the Ambient mode UI in the 2022 model - they left out some code or did not include the correct settings options. PLEASE DO A HOT FIX and send a software update!!!! $800 is a lot of money to spend on a feature that you promote and does not exist in full.
