Immersive Audio Bliss
The Samsung Q990 Sound Bar is a game-changer for my home entertainment setup. Its sleek design and easy setup make it a seamless addition to any living room. Great for movies
I bought this unit couple of months ago and had to return It because the HDMI e-arc quit working. I received my second unit couple of weeks ago and I have not had any problems so far. It sounds great playing movies and TV broadcast but not that good playing music from external devices specially from mobile phones etc. There is no bas sound and sounds very flat and no separation even after I set the base and sub to the highest setting. So if you like to use this until for playing music, pay more money and get you Sonos sound bar system.

Amazing soundbar, but onboarding could be improved
When I bought this soundbar, I saw it as an investment into an enriching entertainment experience. I paired it with an LG G3 TV. So far, it has not disappointed. I use this mostly for video games (PS5), and on-demand video content such as Netflix. The soundbar is the best with Dolby Atmos content. For most content, I can set the volume to 15-20/100, and that's enough for a distance of 10 ft. There are some movies unfortunately which don't sound great with surround sound, but this rarely happens. In those occasions, I've noticed dialogue only coming from a specific speaker. Overall, I wouldn't dock a star for this.

Something which I did find lacking was the setup experience. Although the setup was simple, I wish Samsung had provided more detailed info on what each setting in the SmartThings App did. If you don't plan on messing around with the settings much, then this may not matter to you. I did contact Samsung support as well as Best Buy support, and neither was able to provide me detailed info on what each setting did and their recommendations on settings for different content. Online documentation for the different soundbar settings is lacking too. This last bit would have made my experience more complete. I hope Samsung considers improving the onboarding experience and documentation in the future.

The overall sound quality is exeptional
The system is well balanced the center bar has the cleanest and best sound to hear your movies without missing a single word the bass is super punchy but not overpowering love it the best sound bar i have ever purchased

Excellent Dolby atmos Q-symphony is amazing
It's the total package and is extremely easy to setup and operate and there are several ways to control the TV and sound bar, the base is awesome and each speaker is powered and wireless, the satellite speakers sound awesome 3 speakers in each and spatial audio is epic

Excellent Dolby Atmos
Excellent bass and fills big room with an amazing surround sound. It's great flexibility to customize the sound or tune the setting in SmartThings apps. Pass through HDMI is an excellent option to avoid cookie clutter setup. Only minor uncomfortable thing is, lcd icon is very small on the bar.

Great sound with some minor issues
It has an amazing punch to it right after the box!

The ease of use and the ability to change the volume of every speaker makes it a must have.

The draw back is that the back speakers can start crackling and popping. This breaks the immersion that it can provide.
