Gaming features awesome.
I recently purchased the CX gaming pretty awesome however when watching dark scenes on streaming there is this black grainy image that looks like a cloud in the background on the walls and it can also be on the characters shoulder and face. It is very annoying. Is there something that can fix this or is there something wrong with my tv?

Picture and sound are great but no Google apps?
We bought this TV of course for the amazing picture and smart applications, especially because of the availability of google asst built in. What we didn't recognize with this model (confirmed after 3 phone calls and 3 online chats with customer and tier 2 service) was that the Google home and Google Asst apps would not work on this model television. Very strange why it wouldn't work on the brand new 2020 model with a WebOS of 5.0 but it worked on previous models. We've spent hours talking to LG reps trying to figure how how to connect our Google Home and Google Nest to the TV with no luck. We watched numerous YouTube videos showing people just clicking on the Google Home app on the TV but these were all on the C9's and not the C10's. We've reset to factory settings, registed the TV with LG, downloaded and tried to link through the LG ThinkQ app on our phones with no luck. LG's "Tier 2" customer service kept telling us to go into "settings" and click on "Link to Devices using voice commands" but there was no such setting on the TV. Unfortunately we will probably be bringing the TV back which we had to rent a U-Haul for. We were hoping to be able to live stream our Google Nest cameras directly to the TV instead of using a screen share app. Either that or we have to utilize a chromecast which we currently use on our old TV. But we paid a lot of money for new technology that just isn't there. Why make a new model that does not support previous apps???

WOW! Just WOW!
Absolutely the best picture I've seen from any screen. The image is crisp, bright and just so life-like, watching 4K content is breath-taking. It's also fully loaded as well with HomeKit, Google Assistant and Alexa support right out of the box. Setting up the TV was very straight-forward. The settings and menu are very intuitive and well organized. This TV is a pleasure to use it's fast and responsive, the remote is also an air-type remote that moves the cursor by moving the remote but you can also just use the keys/pad and wheel if you prefer.
There is also a feature called LG Channels that gives you a ton of good channels and content to watch which is FREE! Yes, FREE! The content is actually varied enough that it actually could easily replace our cable bill.
One of the other features that I really like is the remote is universal and it paired instantly and I am able to control the TV and my Apple TV that I have connected with the LG Remote.
I couldn't be happier or ask for anything more from a TV. There are zero complaints from me, and the rest of the household. The family feels like we are at the theatre when we have movie night - We watched the latest Terminator movie and the picture was so clear it was exhilarating. We now have a regular movie night at least once a week with some popcorn, margaritas, and we take turns picking the films. The last one we saw was "Blue Planet II that we purchased on HD Blu-ray and it was spectacular.
We love it so much we got another one of these for the bedroom to replace our just recently purchased non-OLED TV. The difference is just amazing - you have to see it to believe it.

The colors stand out and very close to reality, a sharp image with the most impressive clarity! I'm in love with this screen.
The HDR 10 and the Dolby Vision absolutely AMAZING!! You will get the wow effect every time. And of course the WebOS new features are great and useful. This is the best O/S for the TV.

120HZ of Greatness
So let me start this off by saying that I have an LG OLED55C6P. This was LG's 2nd generation OLED. I absolutely love the TV. Still have it, moved it into the the bedroom now :)

Now with this 65inch and being four generations newer I expected quite a few improvements. Boy did I get them. Setup, and I cannot stress this enough, was a breeze for me. Arc(eArc) in this instance is substantially better than what I had previously. I connected my soundbar with all the connections and the TV immediately recognized it. That was such a welcoming feature that I never expected. I struggled mightily with the old TV, making it that easy will help a lot of other customers as well. Once I set it all up I put through it's paces.

One thing that I can do now is that I can actually game on this through my PC, which has been something I've been wanting to do for a long time. The fact that this has the capabilities to run 4K at 120HZ refresh rate is just amazing. Gaming looks absolutely gorgeous on it, and I can't wait for the new systems come Holiday season.

I then threw a couple movies through it to see how the TV held up. John Wick was the first movie, reason being is that it has great dark scenes and some really colorful moments. The Movie looked absolutely incredible. I knew the picture was going to be better, but I didn't expect the sound to also improve through my soundbar. The sound might be placebo because I have something new, but when I played some Marvel movies it just continually sounded better. It's possible that the eArc has something to do with this, for it allows more bandwidth through a proper HDMI cord, but I don't have equipment using or having the capabilities of HDMI 2.1.

Lighting, be it light or in a dark room the TV is absolutely phenomenal. Glares from windows or other screens don't bother it. TV does an excellent job adjusting for whatever room you put it in.

None the less, for someone like me, this is huge huge improvement. I absolutely love the TV in the little time that I have had it. For anyone on the fence thinking about making the jump from an older TV, do it. You won't regret it. LG makes an absolutely excellent television.

Dolby vision, HDR and Game mode problems
I’m disappointed when watching a Dolby Vision and HDR movies In a dark room There is no true black. Everything get brighter and washout even the true black Color. Black is supposed to be black That’s why I bought this TV unfortunately I can’t return this tv to Best Buy It’s past the return policy. I have to lower the brightness on all the Picture modes and turn off peak brightness for Dolby Vision, HDR and game mode content. I hope LG fixes this issue with a firmware update.

I purched this tv two years ago and I have a green blob smeared all over my screen that just keeps getting worse! Pretty disappointing to spend 3K on a tv and have this happen. This seems to be pretty common problem with Oleds I will never buy a LG Oled again!
