Perfect TV
This is an amazing TV - picture quality out of the box is outstanding with great streaming features pre-installed. My research led me to OLED over other choices, and my experience led me to LG over other brands. If you're considering this TV you will be very happy with it.

Physically beautiful
We have had this television for not much more than a month. It is a great picture. Smart tv setup is easily user friendly and the tv otself looks great in our room.
Worst issue with the tv is being unable to manually adjust the screen pucture settings. Only offered are pre adjusted settings. For example of we wanted to remove some green coloring from the picture we cannot.

Outstanding Picture...Poor Reliability
We have owned the TV for 11 months and have been extremely happy with the quality of the picture. However, the OLED panel just failed and we had to have it replaced. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and LG was very responsive in replacing the display. The technician who completed the repairs told me that there has been a high failure rate of the OLED panels. If you purchase this TV I highly recommend that you consider purchasing an extended warranty.

AV Sync issues infuriating
Love-relationship. The picture is fantastic! The audio/visual being out of sync was maddening! Lips move sound 3-5 seconds later. For months could not sync. Directions only say adjust the av slider bar in settings. Worthless! Never improved the issue. Tech support told me it was the roku stick. Tried 3 different ones and a fire stick, no help. Even internal speakers out of sync. Finally on lg support web site, buried, a note saying to reset tv. It worked! They should tell you that in the manual, big note with the tv. I was ready to return it or take a hammer to it. Now it works great

Less than year and I’ve got burn-in…
I loved the TV. It was perfect until I noticed dark bars across the screen. It was from using subtitles, but not the kind with black bars. I had the background set to transparent. Since it was just constantly changing letters I figured it'd be fine. I was wrong.

I feel I was mislead on how vulnerable these TV's are to burn in. I also just wanted to warn anyone else who uses subtitles or watches/plays anything regularly. You may want to consider something other than OLED, because even a small amount of burn in completely ruins the beautiful picture you're paying for...

It broke down on me
The tv is great but the thing had multiple parts fail and LG gave the repairman a hard time. Other than that I love the tv and I would have given 5/5. It wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for the fact that the tv was very expensive as well as the looming threat that it could all happen again. Especially since the repairman kept fixing the tv only to get the same problem until he replace multiple parts at a time. If it fails again you can expect a worse review.

Great TV! One problem, though..
This is the absolute best television that we have ever used; the quality, performance, design, almost everything is great about this! It seems that we have had no problems, besides one thing; We were told that the pixel refresher had to start, and the TV must be turned off for about an hour. We've kept it off for several hours at a time, and it's been months now that it always says it is not complete, even after keeping the TV off for sometimes even over 12 hours. Solutions given by customer service so far haven't seemed to work; the TV was scheduled for a check by the technician and we haven't heard much since. Though this is minor and you only have to press OK for the message to go away, we hope that the pixel refreshing process won't be effected when we actually need it. Besides this issue, the TV has worked great and provides amazing quality, and you get a lot of what you paid for; it is able to get up to 8K if you have those kinds of channels. Great product overall!

Great picture and features But…..
I purchased tv six months ago and was able to set it up and use the features with relative ease. One feature I loved was how it interacted with Alexa. I could turn it off, turn it on, change the volume, etc. BUT about three weeks ago I did a software update on the WebOS and after that I could no longer turn it on via Alexa. I tried many things to resolve issue including resetting back to factory settings. Nothing worked and support said that feature was no longer supported. The LG web site leads one to believe it should be??. After all the changes my Pluto channels have changed too. I don’t have what I used to have. I am disappointed with the changes LG has made with the TV. One should not lose features from a software update and one should receive better information when trying to work with support.
