Issues with screen
I’ve had the TV for about 8 months now. For the most part the TV has been great. Picture quality refresh rate has been mostly fine. However, about 2 months ago, what appears to be some banding/dark spots began to appear. Haven’t been able to resolve it. Given it’s less prevalent than in OLED, I’ve looked online for a fix and cannot find one. A bit disappointed considering what was paid for the TV

Was Great Until it stopped working
I was really happy with it until it abruptly stopped working about 4 weeks ago. I submitted a repair request. Other than one reply I’ve only heard from lg when I call once a week to check on the part that is being shipped. Have absolutely no idea when or if they’ll repair it. It’s less than six months old and now a useless monstrosity on my wall.

AWESOME graphics from where we're at!
I am an LG employee who received this product at a discount from LG, and this is my honest review of the product. TV right out the box (heavy) but manageable, felt very premium. When in wallpaper setting, you do get to experience the true 8K scene but as for every streaming platform, I have still yet to experience the true 8K. Even in comparison with the OLED TVs, I was expecting a more greater change from the OLED. Even comparing my older LG TV unit from 5+years ago, image/visual is comparably similar. So to justify the price point of retail being expensive, I would have just kept using the older LG TV. For the sound experience using the Dolby Atmos, I do use the LG sound bar SP7Y, and you do get to experience the cinematic setting of a movie theater at your own home. For settings, software and user experience, due to the TV having many different features, LG should make a demo of how to use the TV in full experience. Ultimately, hopefully in the near future, more platforms would support 8K, so I can experience the whole 8K QNED MiniLED.

awesome picture
this is a great TV, the picture is amazing. I did have an issue right out of the box, I had several misfiring LED's that were most likely a manufacturing error. But LG was great and sent out a tech to diagnose the problem and replaced the whole LED board for me. Excellent customer service

I purchased this TV to replace a older set. I wanted a set with Qned MinLED technoloy.
The LG 99 series had all the features I was looking for and more. The picture on this set is outstanding. The setup up is easy and the set was up and running in no time. The colors are brilliant and the blacks and whites and colors are very vivid It had darker blacks than I expected. I wanted a set for movies, regular programs and sports. Sports did not have any motion blur and the upscaling on older movies was very good. The set has Dolby Vision and Atmos which is a plus. It supports all types of apps and streaming.and the magic remote is easy to use. The bezel is very thin and the full screen picture goes edge to edge. This set is 8K and the picture detail it has is amazing. LG is known for their build quality and that was a major reason for purchasing this set. The picture on this set is truly outstanding and I am still learning the capabilities of this set. I am very satisfied with this set and highly recommend it. .

Unbelievable Picture!!
The picture is absolutely the best!!
With a regular antenna or steaming Netflix the detail is wonderful.

Im impressed
The LG QNED90 is a great 4k TV with an IPS panel plus a Mini LED full-array backlight. The backlight technology delivers excellent contrast while using local dimming . It's the best contrast Ive seen on an IPS panel. It has wide viewing angles, great reflection handling, and brilliant peak brightness in SDR, so it's a great choice for a well lit room. I like the look, feel and features of the remote as well. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
