Klipsch Heritage Wireless The Three II Tabletop Stereo System

Good quality and sound just a little expensive for what you get power (rms) wise.

I bought a week ago to replace an old system!
I’m a professional ( classical musician. I adore the sound even in enormous symphonies as Bruckner or in all my all jazz favorites. It’s obviously a very particular sound ( some people will hate it) but for me, it’s exactly I can wait for a so “little but splendid audio restitution product. Merci Klipsch.

I own for 4 years now . Best darn Bluetooth speaker made. Excellent tone good bass sounds more like analog which is good in my book!

Won one of these in a raffle. Really cool little speaker. Multiple different options to connect. Sound is deep with great bass. Minimum vibration transfer from the sub.

Use this beauty all the time in my bedroom linked to my I Pad. Great room filling sound (Just don't have it too loud!) Smooth, full sound and when its not on, it looks beautiful. Doesn't take up much room either when in a tight environment. Looking at getting a wireless turntable for it next.

This version 2 has been removed via wifi but the power is larger than version 1 for better bass, I have connected the speaker to the turntable and it gives very good sound quality suitable for me

Small but very powerful and of the high quality I have grown to expect from Klipsch. I am more the satisfied with it.

My Three ii sounds pretty bad. The sound is dull and muted.
Its like listening to an old AM radio.
I'm not sure how a product makes it all the way through R&D and is released to the public with such poor sound quality.

I bought this a year ago and it sounds good if i stick my head against the speaker. Otherwise just ok!

Amazing speaker. I have the Original The Three and I want another. But you need to bring back the Play-fi/Klipsch Stream component so I can link them up playing the same music.

I have been a Klipsch fan for decades. I bought my first Klipsch Heresy speakers over 30 years ago. I have an upgraded Klipsch system in my car, and, of course, I have Klipsch as my computer speakers. I love all my Klipsch systems and expected to love or at least like the Three II, but I don't. My sister's tiny portable Bose speaker sounds better. My Bose earbuds sound better. The Three II is a handsome speaker and simple to use, but I buy speakers for sound, not looks, and this just doesn't make the cut. It can get loud, and the base will shake the room, but there is no crispness to the sound. The vocals and midrange are weak. You want to enjoy a weeping violin or great guitar solo, you're going to miss it here. Everything ends up sounding alike. If all you care about is base and volume, this is the speaker for you. If you want a bluetooth speaker that delivers good sound, this is not it. Sorry, Klipsch. I never thought I'd write a bad review for you, but I guess as time changes so does quality.

I use this speaker as part of my minimalist turntable setup which is why I love the phono pre-amp built in. (MM only It's nice to be able to play over Bluetooth too. The sound is loud and clear with a warm feel. The bass hits harder than I expected. While testing it out, I was unable to overdrive it, so it's a fine quality item and did I mention beautiful. It gets alot of comments so I decided to make a record cabinet to match.

I should explain why I bought your Klipsch Three II in the first place.

All my speakers are powered speakers -- that is, speakers with their own built-in amplifiers. Like the Klipsch Three. The reason: accurate sound, at all volume levels, for the least amount of money. Great sound for a person with champagne tastes and a beer budget.

The trouble with most speaker designs is that they sound best only at a certain (optimal) volume. Whereas a powered speaker, like the Klipsch Three, offers the sound engineer an opportunity to match the right speaker to the right amplifier to the right crossover; and this ideal matchup allows the speaker to sound good at all sound levels -- loud and soft and in-between. This your Klipsch engineers did when they designed the Klipsch Three.

But your engineers did something else with the Klipsch Three that was fiendishly, devilishly clever. In addition to bi-amplifying (matching two amplifiers to) the speakers, they gave The Three passive radiators. The passive radiators efficiently extend the range and accuracy of the bass -- the deep notes and sounds. All for the amount of power it takes to run a light bulb. Satan -- His Satanic Majesty Himself -- would be proud.

Passive radiators extend The Three's bass range and accuracy provided -- provided -- you take particular care to place The Three to best advantage in relation to the room and to your ear. The Three sounds best when tucked into an enclosed space that cups and builds and reflects and funnels the sound toward your ears. Then you get rich, accurate, punchy, muscular, insanely beautiful sound that you just can't believe. Music that pure shouldn't come from a speaker that small. But it does.

Placed properly, the Klipsch Three will produce thousand-dollar sound. That is, it compares favorably with speakers that cost thousands of dollars. This little speaker will push the big boys hard.

If you don't have the space to spread out stereo speakers to get stereo sound, the Klipsch Three delivers wonderful, accurate mono sound, from a very small package. This powered speaker unit packs a real punch, especially if you set it up in a small enclosed area, like in a corner or on a shelf. This enhances the bass -- bass that you can not only hear, but actually feel in your chest cavity at moderate volume levels. The Klipsch Three can also deliver very high-pitched sounds (like chimes, cymbals, and triangles) at moderate volume levels. In fact, the Klipsch Three is astonishingly accurate over most of the audio frequency range, delivering all but the highest highs and the lowest lows. The key, as I said, is to set this unit up at ear level, in a small, enclosed space -- like on a shelf, in an alcove, or in a corner of the room. This lets the passive radiators on the sides of the Klipsch Three to do their good work. A small, enclosed space, behind and above and on either side of the Klipsch Three, allows the bass to build and build, and funnels all that sound toward you. Then you'll hear not only crystalline highs, but also deep, rich, sexy, accurate, punchy bass like you would not believe from such a small unit. The Klipsch Three will fill a small- to medium-sized room with rich, accurate sound. The Klipsch Three is for anyone with limited space who wants something easy to set up, who wants something that looks and sounds sexy, and who wants a lot of music for the money.

I bought this with high expectations to replace a Tivoli Model 2, which I loved. Let's start with the good. The build is excellent, the dials feel high quality, it looks great, and the sound from in front of the unit is good, but not in a shockingly unexpected way.

The big problem for me is that as you move around to the side of the unit, and the bass port starts coming into play directly at the listener, the unit sounds completely different, and is way too bass-ey. I downloaded a software equalizer that helps, but the difference in sound based on orientation is really too much to try to accommodate in any practical way. Orientation of the unit is important, and it is not adequate from certain angles.

I bought this, and will enjoy it, but I really think something like a Tivoli or even a Bose system would have provided more "wow" factor to the sound I get based on where and how I listen to music. So, it's good, but not something that knocks your socks off. I had frankly hoped for more from my first Klipsch product. If I had a do-over I would probably look harder at other options.

I bought this speaker in order to have music while working from home, which seems to be a long-term proposition. The accuracy and quality of the sound is excellent. The ability of this tabletop speaker to fill my average size dining room and beyond is impressive. On top of the acoustic attributes, I'm pleased with the workmanship. The walnut cabinet and the grille are very nice, and I'm quite tickled that it came with a real power cord rather than the cheap power supplies that are often bundled with electronics today. Easy setup, solid intuitive controls. There's simply nothing not to like.

I bought this speaker for my bedroom. It has plenty of power and surely fills the room with fantastic sound. Lots of good bass. This speaker sounds and looks as good as you would expect from a Klipsch speaker. Very well made. Highly recommend this product.

I have owned many sets of vintage Klipsch speakers (Cornwalls, Chorus, Heresy, Forte and newer ones), but this is the first table top unit that I have purchased. Just to be clear, I purchased the original Heritage Three (not the Three II) and it sounds remarkable! Can't believe such a good quality sounds come out of this "bread box" size speaker. I do wish Klipsch would include tone controls on the next models as some of my music sources are inconsistent and could use some fine tuning (literally, too much bass at times). The bass is so excellent that you would swear a separate sub woofer was firing.... Set up was very easy too. Very happy about this purchase!

To the Klipsch The Three II. For the past seven years I've been using a Harmon/Kardon 630 twin powered through Realistic Mach 1s. When my receiver started having issues I decided to trade it for something more modern. The detail and clarity of the The Three II blew my mind, and I happily swapped all my vintage gear to have one!

i mostly run my computer sound through this speaker ... and there is a big delay in time --- sometimes like 6 seconds -- which can be very bad when using something like - Zoom,, or twitch.... even listening to youtube.

also --- sometimes it doesn't synch up right away and i have to go and turn off my bluetooth and turn it back on to synch ---

other than that -- it looks very cool and the quality of the music sounds great .

Speaker is connected via a blue-tooth transmitter linked to a McIntosh MA6900 integrated amp, which allows me to listen to records, CD's and other media in a different room without needing to put in wired speakers. The sound is great and the mid-century design fits our newly remodeled space perfectly.

The handy rca Jack's on the rear panel came in handy so I can hook up my cd player..

The system is amazing. The looks and of coarse the sound is spectacular. Very pleased.
