JBL Tune 710 Bluetooth Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

I received these earphones as a gift. So, far I like them very well. The sound quality is great, and the wireless Bluetooth feature a good feature for me. The 710BT is to replace the 610BT(?) on-the-ear type headphones. I did like the 610BTs as they worked well too, but the ear cups and head band pad fell apart so fast. In about 6-months, the soft earcups of the 610BT just shredded and fell apart with just normal use.

The 710BT ear cup material feels like thicker and sturdier material and they still feel comfortable to wear. My hope is that the new 710BT will last longer than 6-months.

The JBL Tune 710 Bt looks good in the picture, with people with much hair covering so that the earcups isnt hurting them so much? What to make it better to wear? because i didnt get this impressionon any local vendor except jbl. Doesnt say anything about the headband is foylable on the web either not that i could find. its a shame because other than that these a great.. you should think about that, metal braces are muuch better over time. plastic desnt foil does it?

Got them for christmas charged them up and haven't had to charge since, automatically connects to phone and sounds great and great features for price

These headphones are really good for the price. Very comfortable and easy to use. The bass I believe could be that bit better but I can't complain with what it has. I am quite annoyed at the maximum volume it has but it can be easily fixed with a volume booster app. These headphones are the perfect thing in the gym and I'd highly recommend them

So happy with my head phones. They fit perfectly, sound great the battery lasts ages. Only thing is I wish they would have come with a carry case/bag for when I'm not using them. I'm just afraid they will get damaged if I put them in my bag/ when not in use.

I got these in June and they are awesome for price! They connect easily, can ware for 4hrs+ with out them hurting, and audio is good! Bass can be better.
Some weird things I’ve encountered are my headphones popping one time when I immediately listened in the highest volume. I was a little worried but once I lowered it, it was back to normal and it never happened again.
Also appearance, if you have a smaller head they will look huge and likely too big. It your head is mid-larger size (I am 18) it fits well! Although it will make your head still look a little bitter and more U shaped at the top rather O shape. Still super comfortable. Worth it.

After a couple of months they just stopped working. There was no exterior damage done to them but they just stopped turning on

I like the headphones and I like JBL’s delivery.

If I were to be very critical, the headphones are perhaps a little plasticky. However, given the price, the build quality is at least as good as I’d expect, and probably better.

The sound quality is exceptional at this priced, with good but well-balanced bass. Overall, a neutral sound from 20hz to 20khz.

A tip for JBL - offer a hard case as an option.

I just opened the box and charged these headphones up. The sound quality reminds me of AM radios in the 1970s. I hear people talking about the bass on these, but it is non-existent on these headphones (or at least the pair I have). The treble is WAY too high, so it sounds like someone is just hammering on a high-hat cymbal during the songs. Also, NONE of the buttons work. The on/off button has no effect. The volume up/down buttons do nothing. The Quick Start guide included in the box is worthless, and I can't find any online manual to see if I have some settings wrong. I am running these through the cord rather than the BT, but I would think that would only help the sound quality and volume, not hurt it.

What am I doing wrong with these?

Literally came in the mail with 70% charge, lasted me 10 hours on my shift at work the same day! I'm on the third day of it not charged and it's on 60%. Sound quality is amazing, very comfortable, came with a detachable wire and it's a cool design.

These headphones have nice sound quality and I really like the option to have bluetooth or cable connect. My biggest issue is that they are a bit tight on my head. I think especially when the ear pieces are extended (for "taller" heads) they have a stronger clamp pressure. This has seemed to get better with use but at least initially it was very uncomfortable. They also cannot be charged while in use which is a bummer but the battery worked great for my purposes so not a big issue. All in all I've decided to keep them, especially for the price.

Tight fitting headphones and nice and clear sound but it could look a little more stylish

I bought this for a Christmas present, delivered in a good time manner and in good packaging. Very pleased with the service.

I ordered this JBL headset for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. It was the one she requested and I know she will be excited to open it on Christmas morning.

Comfort: These headphones are suitable for those of us that have ears on the smaller scale. I often have problems with headphones that the ear covers are on the larger size, and does not fit however I do not have that problem with these. They do not sit to tight on the head, they comfortably tight, and the cushions are soft enough to be comfortable but still seal tight against the head. They also have a cushion on the top of the head which is nice.

Sometimes I wear glasses, and then the 710bt does not fit that well, they push the glasses forward and the cushions does not seal around the frames.

Sound: The sound is good, but lacks a bit of deep bass. The middle and higher end is working well. Unfortunately the headphones is not compatible with JBL's app, so you can not adjust the EQ.

Usage: I have used my headphones for a week and listened to music several hours every day and I have not needed to charge them yet.
The buttons on the right side are easy to find and use. The bluetooth pairing was done in a jiffy.
In case that you forgot to charge the headphones there is a aux cable so you could use the headphones analogue in that case.

Quality: The headphones are all plastic, but feel very solid. There is no creaking sound which I have encountered on other headphones.

After using this a couple of weeks I can say that it is a great bang for the buck. Great sound. Bass is solid as a rock. Middle and highs are good to. Really comfortable to wear, lightweight, maybe a little small around the ears for me.

The best feature is The Quick recharge, only 5min gives you a couple of hour extra time. The sound is Great in calls as well as in media and music. Also they fit on your head Great, meaby a bit tight but guess they Will wear a bit and get looser with time and usage. You Will never drop them. We have tested them out on walks, in work related Phonecalls, at The gym pumping music and at home chilling with Netflix. You get a lot value for a low price.

The JBL Tune 710BT headphones are comftable to wear with some good battery time and a even better bluetooth connection. Even through walls...
The sound is clear with good highs and a moderate bass.
For around 80 € it's a pretty good deal!

Packaging/Contents:
This Product has a good straight packaging. The contents are simple: 1x JBL Tune 710BT, 1x USB-C Cable, 1x AUX Cable, 1x Quickstart Guide

Processing/Handling:
This Product has a pretty good Quality. Its processed very well. Its not cheap Plastic or cheap Imitation leather. You can turn the Earpieces 90° and fold it for better Transportation. The AUX Cable is long enough for your Phone or other mobile devices (dont need it because of Bluetooth but not long enough for PC or other devices who are not in front of you. The Earpeaces are a little bit small (to small for me).

The Handling is very easy. To start with the Product you dont need to read the Quickinstall Guide. Press the Power Button on the side of the Headphones to start it. Press the Button a bit longer again to start the Pairingmode. Enable Bluetooth on you device and connect both. Simple as that.

Soundquality:
The Sound is very good. You have a clear Sound with a excellent Bass. Even without active Noisecancelling, you shield most of the Ambientnoises (testet while cooking with active Exhaust hood)

Pros:
Overall it´s a great Product with a top Sound- and Bassquality. Its simplistic (Hard- and Software) and easy to use. I like the posibility to use AUX so you can use it while using a Controller or another Bluetooth Device with your Phone.
It looks great and it has a high Quality.

Cons:
There is only one thing, but its a big Point for me. When I use Headsets/Headphones I need to make clear, that the Earpieces are big enough. Dont get me wrong, I dont have a big Head or massive ears. Here the Earpieces are a bit to small. I case of that, when I use them over longer time, I get Headaches beacause the edge of the Earpieces press to hard on my Ears. So for shorter uses it´s great, but for longer it´s not possible for me.

I use the Product for work. I´m at the IT and do a lot of programming. So listen to music while working is a big part for me. I tried it also on my PC with a longer AUX Cable and compared it with my Hyper X Cloud Gaming Headphones and I would recommend the JBL because the Soundquality is great!
