My Forcefield 4 failed 2 times since I bought it 2 yrs ago. The main problem was the sound has disappeared & it produce some 'blip -blop noise in until I turn off the power supply to the subwoofer.
The vendor told me The main PCB was faulty again and they have to get it repaired, meaning they will replace the PCB again and I have to wait for the parts to arrive in Malaysia . Its hard to imagine why it fails so easily as I used it for listening to some soft music most of the time . It's very frustrating and I afraid I may loose my temper if they ask me to pay for the repair. I wanted to know if this is due to a fault in the design .This is not a cheep item. If not highly recommended by the vendor I would have bought the same by other manufacturers.its even cheeper.... I afraid I may totally lose the confidence of this products if the same fault kept repeating. I must say I did like the sound but it's a nightmare to me if it requires me to send it up and down for a repair . Why it fail so frequently ? Lee sy
