Great speaker
Excellent sound, easy to setup, I do wish you could individually adjust volume for the assistant if you use it though, it is jarring to be cranking tunes then have Alexa scream at you if you ask something.

Great sound for kitchen and first floor.
Great sound in our kitchen and whole first floor, replacing a Bose Wave Radio. Has plenty of low end, and like the preselect options. Also magically, HEOS can access music on a USB connected to my Marantz receiver when it is not fully powered on.

Improvement to the Denon would be doubling the preselect options - who only listens to 3 channels? Improvement to HEOS would be supporting higher fidelity sound for Tidal - currently it is AAC at 96kbps. Another HEOS improvement would be supporting YouTube Music.

Sounds great but the set up process needs improved
Sounds great. Set up proved to be a bit challenging. Updating the firmware caused issues. Needed to go through it a few times, but eventually it worked.

Super sonic
Great sound and low frequency response. This speaker can get loud! May consider another speaker to pair with for true surround or multi-room but very satisfied right now with just one.

Denon Home 250 - Satisfied
Excellent spatial sound. Decent bass response. Does what I intended it to do. HEOS app still leaves something to be desired, but it's better than it was.

New Home 250 speaker set
Easy set up and convenient music play through Apple AirPlay. The sound quality is excellent! Only issue so far is a slight lag when streaming sound from TV over Bluetooth.

Very nice speaker
I bought a Denon 250 for the kitchen and a Denon 150 for the dining room. The design is superior. The speakers look great, the buttons are simple and work well and the App has what you need an no fluff. The sound of the 250 is very good, but not superior. I've decided to add a Denon 350 for the living room to complete the system. My only "wish for" is more station presets on the units. You only get 3; I would prefer at least 6. It would be nice if Denon could upgrade the firmware to allow a double-push to access 3 more stations.

Unbelievable impressive room filling sound
I purchased 2 of the 250's and 2 of the 150's, to replace aging Infinity Reference Series wired speakers (while they are being refurbished, and maybe not going back to the old speakers in several rooms of my house. These speakers produce incredibly full sound that is difficult to distinguish from the speakers they replaced. Both my wife and I are in absolute awe that they sound as good as they do. The 250's have an ability to fill the room with fantastic sound reproduction that an audiofile would less than begrudgingly admit is far more than acceptable for a whole house system.

Hits the sweet spot on all fronts: sound, versatility, ease of use and looks
Many reviews of the new Denon Home speakers fail to highlight the versatility of these devices, especially compared to Sonos. You can basically cover all the main streaming audio standards with these speakers: Heos, Airplay 2, and Chromecast (using Aux-in Port). You can't do that with a Sonos, and Heos has higher resolution audio than Sonos does (up to 24-bit/192kHz, with your own audio files or with Amazon Music HD). Denon Heos has close integration with Amazon Music, which is about the best bargain out there for High Res audio, and you can stream directly to these devices from the Amazon Music app.

If you have multiple Denon Home speakers, Heos will sync the audio from aux-in port on any one of your speakers to all the speakers.

I especially like the three presets on top of the device, you can program these to do anything in Heos-world. I use Preset 1 for the Aux In port (Chromecast audio), Aux 2 and 3 for my favorite internet radio stations.

No other wireless speaker technology I know of provides this combination of sound, ease of use and versatility.

A few wishes:
1.I wish Chromecast was built-in. Denon dropped collaboration with Google years ago.
2. Sonos integrates with a wider variety of streaming audio services.
3. Wish Denon had a smaller, portable battery-powered HEOS device.
4. Stereo separation is almost non-existent, but I realize that is difficult with a device this size.
5. An IR remote
6. UI on Heos app needs to be improved.
7. Prefer more flexibility in defining permanent speaker groups, like there is with Google Home and Chromecast.
