Soundbar 700 with Built-In Amazon Alexa

The Bose Soundbar 700 offers an unmatched combination of sophisticated design and exceptional sound. Featuring a tempered glass top, wraparound metal grille, and clean lines, the Soundbar 700 is meant to turn heads. But the real beauty is the immense power beneath the sleek exterior. From crisp dialogue to rich bass, custom-shaped speakers pump out clear, spacious sound that brings thrilling depth, detail, and emotion to everything you hear. Whether your walls are plaster, brick, or glass, proprietary ADAPTiQ audio room calibration optimizes the system’s acoustic performance to the unique characteristics of your room — giving you the best possible listening experience.

The Bose Soundbar 700 has Amazon Alexa built in, so you’ll enjoy music services, news, and weather forecasts without lifting a finger. When the music is playing loud, the Soundbar 700 will still hear you. Just behind the grille is a custom-designed eight-microphone array for superior voice pickup. With Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, you can play what you want, wherever you want, from any device in your home. Plus, HDMI ARC connectivity keeps your system compatible with the most current technology. If you prefer, you can also use the Bose Soundbar Universal Remote to manage all your entertainment or the Bose Music app to control your music. Plus, future software updates will add new features — like the Google Assistant and Apple AirPlay 2, coming soon.

Want to kick up the performance of your soundbar even more? You can, anytime. Just add the optional Bose Bass Module 700 and Bose Surround Speakers for thunderous bass and full-on surround sound. And the Soundbar 700 is part of a new Bose family of smart speakers and soundbars designed to be compatible with each other so you can enjoy more music in more rooms.

Bass Module 700 Subwoofer

Love your new Bose Soundbar 700 but want to kick the performance up a notch? Add the Bose Bass Module 700 — it’s the difference between hearing bass and feeling thunder. Designed exclusively for the Bose Soundbar 700, it’s the best wireless bass module Bose has ever designed for any of our home theater systems. In fact, it’s the best performance you can get for a subwoofer this size. It connects wirelessly to your soundbar and adds even more depth and impact to everything from explosive movie effects to house-rocking playlists.

Beautiful Inside and Out

With its premium glass-top finish, the Bose Bass Module 700 offers a sophisticated look you won’t find in typical subwoofers or home theater equipment. Of course, this isn’t typical equipment. This subwoofer delivers a dynamic range of bass from a powerful driver and generously sized port with QuietPort technology that virtually eliminates distortion. So go ahead, turn it up your jam and feel that rhythm move through the house.

Complete the Package

Ready for more? Take your listening experience to the next level by adding full-on surround sound. Just add the Bose Surround Speakers to your Bose Soundbar 700 and Bose Bass Module 700 to feel completely immersed in every moment of your music, movies, and TV. The surround speakers have a wireless range of 30 feet. Even better? They stand less than 4" high and blend nicely into your room.

QuietPort Technology

This proprietary technology - along with an advanced DSP - virtually eliminates distortion. So low notes stay clean and nuanced even as they reach new depths.

Powerful Driver

It's key to the tremendous level of sound you get for those crucial low notes that add so much to movies and music.

Bose Simple Sync

Hear your movies and music better

Bose SimpleSync is a new technology that allows you to pair a member of the Bose Home Speaker family with select Bose portable Bluetooth® speakers or Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700. It’s really simple to use and it really comes in handy. Here’s how.

When binge-time and bedtime collide

Let’s say you and your significant other are obsessed with streaming the latest supernatural horror series and you’re halfway through a new episode. She’s falling asleep but she gives you permission to finish it on your own. How can you keep watching without keeping her awake? If you have a Bose Soundbar 500 or 700 hooked up to your TV, you can use SimpleSync to pair it with your Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700. With separate volume levels, you can lower or mute your soundbar while your headphones stay loud and clear. Then you can finish the episode without disturbing her — and without spoiling the plot twists, either.

When it’s family movie time with the extended family

Bose SimpleSync is useful for the opposite reason, too — when there’s one person in the room who needs to hear the TV louder than everyone else, rather than quieter. For example, let’s say you have the grandparents over to watch the latest toys-come-to-life movie with their grandkids. Now, kids usually don’t mind turning up the TV really loud, but even they run for cover when Grandpa gets a hold of the remote. Luckily, loaning him your Bose Headphones 700 that you’ve used SimpleSync to pair with your Bose Soundbar 700 lets him hear things loud and clear while the rest of you can enjoy the movie without having to break out the earplugs.

When your dinner party morphs into an actual party

Let’s say you’re hosting a small party with friends, but then your friends’ friends arrive and it’s starting to feel kind of crowded. It would be really great if some of the people would move into the other room, but the music’s playing in this room, so how can you blame them? If you’re using a member of the Bose Home Speaker family and you’ve also got a Bose portable Bluetooth speaker, you can use SimpleSync to pair them and play the same song at the same time. Then you and your guests can spread out a little and keep the good times — and tunes — rolling. SimpleSync technology has a typical Bluetooth wireless range of 30 feet to stay connected.

The app that makes it all happen

The free Bose Music app does a lot of things, including help you set up SimpleSync. In just a few taps, you’ll be getting more out of your Bose speakers and headphones than ever before. To get started, make sure your compatible products are turned on and in pairing mode, and then open the app on your mobile device.

I purchased a bose home theater system about 6 years ago and was very pleased with it. Was ready for a new system and listened to the bose 700 soundbar and wireless sub woofer at a store and was very impressed with how clear the sound was. I knew bose was going to be my new system again.
