QC Earbuds II represent a revolutionary advance in noise cancellation technology with the ability to cancel noise better than any noise-cancelling earbuds or over-ear headphones on the market. It starts with ensuring an optimal fit to your ears. The soft, silicone ear tips have an umbrella shape that creates a firm seal at the opening of your ear, reducing outside noises. Microphones then detect environmental noise and generate an opposing signal to cancel it, making your quiet sound quieter. CustomTune technology personalizes the noise cancellation to the shape of your ears to precisely soften sounds that are hardest to reduce, like voices.

To ensure your wireless earbuds feel comfortable and stay put no matter what you’re doing, QC Earbuds II come with a Bose Fit Kit. The convenient Fit Kit includes three pairs of ear tips and three pairs of stability bands designed to fit the unique shape of your ears. Both the ear tips and stability bands are made from soft silicone for all-day comfort and a secure fit. The ear tips rest gently but securely in your ears and spread contact evenly. The stability bands hug the contours of your ears with curved fins that grip your ears for a snug fit. And since no two ears are the same, even on the same person, swap different-sized ear tips and bands to find your best fit.

With Bose QC Earbuds II, you decide how much of the world you want to hear. Quiet Mode offers maximum noise cancellation, so you can feel fully immersed in your music. Want to listen to music but still hear what’s going on around you? Aware Mode offers full transparency to hear your surroundings with striking clarity. This mode automatically applies ActiveSense technology to soften the loudest sounds, like a passing bus, to a more pleasant and balanced volume. Use the Bose Music app to disable ActiveSense or create custom noise cancellation modes.      

Crystal-clear, natural-sounding phone calls.               

Use Bose QC Earbuds II to enjoy clear and natural-sounding phone conversations. Two noise-rejecting microphones in each earbud focus on the sound of your voice and filter out ambient noise and wind. Digital signal processing technology further enhances the signal to ensure your conversation is clear. Calls play through both earbuds, or you can use either bud by itself. If auto-answer is on, and you’ve removed your earbuds, just place them in your ear to answer.

Use the simple touch interface on the wireless earbuds to control everything. This convenient interface frees your hands so you can stay focused on whatever you’re doing. With simple swipes and taps, play or pause music, change the volume, and switch tracks. If the battery gets low, voice prompts let you know. Out of power and don’t have enough time to fully charge? The quick-charge option provides up to 2 hours of battery life from a 20-minute charge. The case is magnetized to hold the buds in place, charges via USB-C®, and holds 3 additional 6-hour charges for a total of up to 24 hours of listening time.

This newest generation of Bluetooth® technology offers a strong, continuous connection as long as you’re within 30 feet of the paired device. The earbuds keep track of the last seven paired devices to easily swap between them without reconnecting.

The Bose Music app guides you through setup. Use the app to access your preferences, including noise cancellation levels, Bluetooth® connections, shortcuts, and more. You can check the battery, customize your shortcut, and even adjust the sound profile of your music to your liking. Use Adjustable EQ to control the bass, mid-range, and treble levels to suit your tastes. Software upgrades and new features are also available through the app.
