wrost blue tooth headphone ever
I bought this headphone a year ago, and now it just sounds Intermittent, I DID update the software, but it is NOT working. do not buy this, unless you just want use it for one year.

i bought this 2 months ago and within the second month i had the following issues:
1. when i connect to my macbook and connect to youtube, i hear disturbance occasionally. reconnecting resolves the issue
2. microphon is absolutely terrible. i have to shout so that i can be heard. the microphpone picks up outside noises more than my voice. forget talking in the bus or on the road. i dont even use it for calls anymore.
3. the app on the phone is troublesome and doesnt detect the headphone even though the phone did. i use OP5T

Crapped out, no customer support
I’ve had these for 3 or 4 years and only used in total about 10 times when I travel they are in great condition. Sound when they work is great. However now the battery doesn’t keep a charge even for 1 day when not in use and then I can’t even use the headphones with the supplied audio cable. Support is very hard to get hold of and the best Bose will do since it’s outside the warranty is give me a discounted rate on new ones. There’s no reason mine should not be working!

Firmware Update Ruined ANC
I just received my new QC 35II's yesterday and they sounded great right out of the box. Unfortunately, I allowed the app to update the firmware to 4.5.2, which ruined the ANC performance - now far worse than my QC 15's. Based upon the lack of a remedial path forward to correct this issue in the support forums, they are going back to the store today. Have used Bose products for the better part of 40 years - Very disappointed.

Third time isn’t a charm
I got these in 2016 for college, in those three years the same issue has happened each year. One of the speakers in the ears stops working. I went through support each time and they replaced them but it’s not worth 300 is they are just going to keep breaking for no reason. This time they only worked for a couple of weeks before the sound just stoped in one ear.

Sorry to say that these quote-unquote noise cancelling headphones are pretty much useless. Years ago I had a pair of wired noise cancelling Bose headphones and they worked as expected. I'm returning them.

Do not fit as well as previous version
I lost my QuietComfort 35 first edition and bought these to replace, however, they sit annoyingly on top of the crown of my head unlike the old version. I wore those on a 15 plus hour flight and barely noticed them, but these annoy me after about 30 minutes and I find I need to adjust the position. Maybe its because they have more movement in the ear cans? I also noticed the battery power drops faster than before. Overall still amazing sound, but I don't know if I would have purchased at this price after the redesign if I would have tried them out longer.

Worn them for a year & a half, still work like new
Fantastic headphones. They have shown no wear to sound quality or comfort (however the cushions have compressed a bit) in the time I have owned them. Would highly recommend for anyone.

I am very pleased with my headphones. I would say when you take calls it cuts out. I won’t blame this on Bose. It might have been my phone. Noice cancellation is phenomenal! Some times when i take them off I am not use to any of the noises. I love how you can connect to Siri,Google assistant, and Alexa. Not only can you can connect to Siri google and Alexa but you can share songs to other headphone owners! I am very pleased with Bose and I highly recommended!

After I had purchase two headphones from worldwide and you guys was so nice and help me out great with the cancellation and refund. I had decided to purchase the Sennheiser PXC 550 through Amazon after 5 days of using it. I did not like the noise cancellation I could still hear my surrounding and the sound was okay. After my friend had me try on the Bose Q35 II I was sold. This is my final purchase.

  They absolutely do! It has an excellent microphone, designed to work well even in crowded or noisy areas. It may not perform perfectly in all situations, but we have found it to offer excellent clarity in nearly all situations.
Can I pair these with my apple watch and iPhone 6s?
