the best.
just back from the store in frankfurt where i tried several different brands of similar level, including wireless. what can i say, Qc25 is the best. in terms of sould clarity, the bass, the noice cancelling, the comfort of fit. initially wanted to buy QC35- wireless because i have iphone 7 without audiojack, but unfortunately the sound quality inferior. so bought QC25.

Great Headphones
I am a very loyal Bose customer.I have a docking station,Computer speakers,ear buds and I have a pair of OE's I bought 7 yrs ago and they still work perfectly I just needed something to drown out the loudness of the commuter train.I was torn between these and going wireless.If wireless had noise cancelling I would have went that way but since they don't I went with the 25's and it was a great decision.It still has the great Bose sound quality and with the noise cancelling you don't have to turn the music up very loud to enjoy it.My only gripe is the cord is way to long.Most folks who use these are commuters and the cord gets tangled way too easily and gets caught on various objects way too easy.You may want to think about shortening the cord.Other than that,one of the best purchases I made in a long time.Now Bose,make some wireless noise cancelers and I'll really be happy!

to start things of i'm just a kid, but in my opinion these are worth every single penny i paid, which was very hard for me to do, since i had to collect money for such a long time. my only complaint is the bass

Great for College Students As Well
Easy to use and great sound quality. It enabled me to study in places where it is not completely quiet, by simply putting on the headphone with noise cancelling or listening to instrumental music. It really helped to focus on studying and mindless tasks.

Pricey but worth it
Bough a pair a year ago. Use them primarily to listen to music on the plane but also for conference calls. Great noise cancelling (best of any product I've used), good sound quality. Very comfortable. Battery life seems better than advertised. My last pair were stolen and I immediately replaced them.

Right speaker stop working
I've had my QC25 for about 18month but only use them when traveling out of Afghanistan to California. All of a sudden the right speaker stops working unless a touch it just right and then I can hear audio out of it. I was in a bind on my trip home so I brought some QC35 instead of Beats. I really like them but I still prefer the battery capacity of the QC25 and want to know how to get them repaired.

Good Sound Quality
These headphones are so comfortable, amazing sound quality, and great appearance and design. One small little issue is that the top part of the ear cushions is tearing a bit. Other than that, amazing headphones. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

Excellent customer service!
I purchased this headset as a gift, one year ago. The right side ear phone was fading in and out. I called customer service- Excellent customer service!!!! Bose stood by the one year warranty. A new replacement was quickly shipped to me.

Great sound reduction. Not built for travel
I have had and have many different Bose products to include a pair of QC15's. I bought these last year and was initially pleased with the purchase. Unfortunately as of last week, the left speaker has quit working. I travel weekly and am typically on a flight on Monday and Friday and that is when these were used. I packed them in the carrying case every time and never mishandled the headphones. As I look at my problem online, it appears that this is a common problem. I have went back to the QC15's as I refuse to pay another $300 for something that doesn't last. Amazing that my 15's have lasted 6 years now, withstanding the same type of travel.
