StayHear+ tips physically block some noise while our Acoustic Noise Cancelling technology electronically reduces most of what's left. It's just you and your music, even in noisy environments.
Tune in to your environment
But there are moments when you may not want to be so cut off from your surroundings. Crossing a city street. Waiting for airline gate announcements. This is where Aware mode comes in. Instead of removing your headphones, just press a button, and you're back in touch with the sounds around you—while your music keeps playing, and you still experience some noise cancellation.
All this, plus Bose lifelike sound. Sound you wouldn't expect from in-ear headphones. Their TriPort technology and Active EQ combine to give your music a depth and balance that keep your daily soundtrack fresh and alive. The subtle details shine through, too. So wherever you are, your music's front and center.
Advanced ear tip technology
And your music's even easier to enjoy when you're not fussing with your headphones. Proprietary StayHear+ tips create a soft, secure fit with no need to force them into your ears. The cone shape spreads contact evenly across the ear for maximum comfort, and forms a gentle seal that contributes to the headphones' full-spectrum noise reduction.
You're in control
Controls are all at your fingertips. Use the slider switch on the control module to turn noise cancelling on and off. The inline microphone/remote houses Aware mode and call answer/end buttons. The 4-button remote, provides volume and music control plus access to voice-recognition apps, like Siri or Google search.
The lithium-ion battery (located inside the module) charges in just 2 hours with the included USB cable, and delivers up to 16 hours playing time per charge. A battery indicator light displays power status. And, even if the battery dies your music still plays with performance equal to that of our regular in-ear headphones.
When not in use, simply store your headphones and cables in the included carrying case.
These headphones are incredible. I can't believe how good the noise canceling is in these little things. I actually find myself using these more often than the QC25s simply because it's much easier to sleep with these on while on a plane, and because they're so much more portable. I highly recommend these headphones!
I bought these headphones about 6 months ago and love them. Everyone that tries them out can't believe how well the noise cancellation works. I want the white pair next. I highly recommend these head phones. Oh btw, when I am on the plane I could be right next to the engine and not hear it.
The sound quality is excellent and the noise cancelling is good - although it's not in the same league as my Bose QC15 (around-ear units.) The design has a large control / battery / electronics box which is always near the user's phone. It's a bit weird although I can't think of a better way to achieve the functionality. I can live with this. Battery life is reasonable and charging is acceptably quick from any USB socket.
On the other hand, these earphones are not robust. My first set's switch stopped operating after 8 months. It was replaced under warranty. The second set's cable failed - it's a good thing I bought an extended warranty because I'd be more than a little cheesed off right now.
My final gripe is that the cable is about 8" too short for me to carry my phone in my pocket. Seriously - this is nickel-and-dime stuff. Bose should include - or at least offer - an extension lead as included in the SoundSport headphones.
Even though the sound quality is among the best I've heard, I honestly can't say I think these earphones are good value for money. I'm having serious reservations about spending my refund on a third set.
These earphones are a life-saver. they are ideal for planes, trains, and offices/libraries that are noisier than they should be. Also great for jogging or biking with their 'traffic noise on'.... My dog chewed mine up, and i was able to get a new pair for a discounted price!
The headphones are superb in terms of noise canceling noise and sound depth, the amount of bass it provide is unbelievable. My only issue with it is when I use it in transportation and the windows are opened and also when closing the bus's door, i get a feeling that my ears are going to explode because of the pressure. So i have to deactivate the cancelation till I insure that the environment is securely locked. Other than this issue I definitly recommend them.
The sound quality is mind blowing. Before purchasing this headphone I have considered shure but this one is much better then that. Only one problem in this headphone is it's a bit heavy then other headphone. But all together, this is a best piece of headphone that anyone can get. I know it is expensive but it's durable and the price is worth it.
Before having this I used QC25 which is also great. But QC20 provides even better noise cancelling and convenience for carrying around. Further the internal battery is great feature as I kind of get tired of replacing battery around. Like other Bose products, the design is made for real comfort indeed. Regarding the sound, impeccable. After changing earphone quite frequently, I think this is the one that I would definite stop at and keep using because it never get me tired or bordered. Perfect if I have to choose a word to conclude.
These are simply incredible, the noise cancellation is fantastic. Once I was walking past two trains and I couldn't hear a thing with the noise cancellation. However I have an iPhone 7 and it's clunky to carry around with the headphone jack adapter.
I am a frequent flyer. I put these to the test of 170,000 miles last year and they passed on every one. 1) Great to keep your hands free while you're walking through the airport. You can handle phone calls and listen to music without needed to pull your phone out of your pocket. Side note, you also don't look as crazy talking into them as you do with a bluetooth headset. 2) Excellent noise cancelling. Once you're on the plane, it mutes the sound of unwanted noise from the engine hum or loud passengers (I'm talking about wailing kids mostly, parents I feel your pain). Keep in mind if you're listening on your phone or personal device you won't hear a thing the Pilot or flight attendants say to you. 3) Perfect for sleeping. Since they're so small and ridiculously comfortable, you can sleep with them in your ears and forget they're there. I have the Bose QC 15s and my biggest complaint was not being able to sleep with them. As soon as I turned my head or rolled over, the headphones would come off and the change in audio levels would wake me up. With the QC20s their small nature works so well when you're on the move, or trying to get some shut eye on a flight. Having said all that, I've been pleasantly surprised over the past year with my QC 20s. I use them almost exclusively every day, and have to say they have completely replaced my QC 15s.
I bought these to negate the frequent chatter in the office; I was impressed with how well these work. Sometimes I don't even play music, I just use the noise cancelling option, it's like I'm in another world, I can focus so well now. The way I see it, it's an ROI.
I just recently purchased these because I have tried them all and found that there is nothing like the QC20. I already have the QC25 but they are bulky packing for travel. By far the best sounding over the ear headphone that I have ever taken on an airplane. I do a ton of traveling and the QC20 is much more compact without compromising the sound an noise cancelling. I would recommend these to anybody that requires quality sound over price like I do. You are in for a real surprise!
I brought this product about a year ago. These are the best in-ear headphones I have ever owned. The noise canceling ability is by far the best I ever had. I had a problem with the right ear piece the other day. I would hear a loud squeal every time I put them in noise canceling mode. I took them back to the store and in five minutes I was walking out with a brand new pair. These headphones are great but BOSE customer service is the reason that I by original BOSE products.
I bought these almost two and half years back, still they work perfectly as new. While buying I was not sure whether these are worth or not, once I experienced they totally changed my opinion how I listen to music. In near future I can't imagine of any other brand that can challenge Bose. Thanks for delivering such an amazing product.
I own an old set of Bose QC-2s that have served me well when traveling for years, and got these as an upgrade. The QC-20 is a horse of different color, providing dramatically better noise cancellation in a tiny package that is far easier to deal with on airplanes and in public spaces. The effectiveness of the technology cannot be understated - it is truly dramatic, with up to 45dB of cancellation (for non-engineers, that's a whole lot). Sound quality is terrific, and is enhanced by the lack of background noise. Some may think the price high, but quite simply less expensive products don't perform anywhere near as well, which tells me that the QC-20 is in fact an excellent value. Highly recommended.
After 2 years owning the version 1, the wire lead had torn, the rubber overmold on the battery started falling apart and the gold plating on the 3.5mm jack wore away. A $300 headphone product that only has a 1-year warranty! Disappointed with Bose on this, when competitors like Logi (Logitech) regularly offer 2 and 3 year warranties on their similar products, costing less money - a pair of G930 headphones I bought in 2010 is still on my desk, I am on my third pair now since Logi daisy-chained the warranties for me. While those are great at home, the QC20i's are the best sounding buds I have ever owned. It will *completely* drown out the noise from a weed-eater, for instance. Yardwork has never been so placid; thanks, Tom Petty. The battery design is bothersome/awkward, but the unit overall is good; sound quality is superb and only had static problems for me once the plating on the jack, and the wire failed. Surprised of all the things to fail that the Micro USB held out longer than the cable. Unless they have specifically updated the durability of the v2, I cannot recommend this product.
I am amazed at the level of noise reduction Bose has managed to achieve in these compact headphones. My coworkers go by - their mouths moving yet with no audible sound. The kitchen din, gone, hvac noise, erased, street noise, silenced. Now I can really focus in the office. When I switched these bad boys off I genuinely jumped. I had no idea how much background noise existed in my office, which is relatively quiet and reapectful. They are also super comfortable and secure. Earbuds have never fitted me well and generally fall out. Thanks to the nifty stayhear design they stay put without discomfort. The only nit I have is the cable run from the jack to the "box" is extremely short. I can see that putting a lot of stress on the cable ends over time. Time will tell... Also
I rarely write reviews but these Bose in - ear noise canceling headphones are amazing! The company has really done something special with this product. Best sound I've ever experienced and I've owned multiple Bose, beats, Harmon karden headphones. Just incredible
Example: bought my second Bose N/C headphones, replacing my previous on-ear models. An awesome upgrade in every way. More comfortable for long wear times, better noise-cancelling (airplane rides are so much quieter) and improved music.
Pros: - Terrific noise cancellation. I also own Beats as well as the over-the-ear Bose Noise Cancelling headphones, and these do a noticeably better job blocking out noise. - Enhanced sound quality. I have owned the Bose over-the-ear model for many years, and nothing I’ve tired matches the deep base and crystal clear mids thru highs on those headphones. These are the first headphones I’ve used that offer that same high level of sound performance. My $400 pair of Beats headphones don’t come even close to these. - The cable stays untangled. Somehow the cable stays untangled and straight when I pull them out to use, which I love. The cable is made out of a very nice rubberized material, and they are slightly thicker than normal, which must help them stay untangled somehow. - Built-in, rechargeable, long lasting battery. I’ve owned these headphones for a week and I’ve not charged them once so far. They also recharge via a standard USB cable, which is great. - Amazingly comfortable. These headphones are vastly more comfortable than any other noise cancelling headphones that I’ve tried. The only headphone that meet this level of comfort are the regular, non-cancelling, Bose earbuds. Bose clearly has perfected in ear comfort over the years and they simply brought that design over to these. - They still work when the battery is exhausted. When the battery is turned off, they still work like regular Bose headphones. This is really great if you happen to run out of battery power half way through your fight, which has happened to me in the past. With other models of noise cancelling headphones I’ve tried, once your battery runs out, they are totally useless. Cons: - The built-in battery adds a little bulk compared to regular earbuds. Apparently it’s not technically possible to have noise cancelling headphones without a supplemental power source, so I don't think this is avoidable. The added bulk, which is roughly the size of a lighter, has not been a problem at all for me. But it certainly would be amazing if they could be fully powered by my iPhone or laptop. Summary: - The QuietComfort 20 noise cancelling headphones are the best noise cancelling headphones I've ever owned. In particular, I wasn’t expecting the noise cancelling performance to be better than my Bose over-the-ear headphones, but they are in fact noticeably better when I compare them side to side. The sound quality is also top notch, as you would expect from Bose. When you add in the amazing comfort they offer, this is a no brainer purchase if you are considering a noise cancelling headphone.
First, I want to start by saying these headphones were sent to me from Bose as part of their Test and Review Program. When I first heard about these headphones, I didn't honestly think that the noise cancellation technology would work very well. However, I was quickly proven wrong. When I first put these in my ears, I was totally impressed by the excellence of the noise cancellation quality. There was no hissing, and no outside sound interruption whatsoever. While testing the earbuds, my brother’s radio was blasting music at full volume in the background, and I couldn’t hear anything except for a little of the higher frequencies, and this was with no music playing through the earbuds. I'm a sophomore in high school, and let me tell you that these are perfect for using at school, such as during study halls, or between classes when there is a lot of background noise. I easily get distracted by other students talking, but using these headphones made a BIG difference. I noticed myself concentrating on work MUCH more. A great feature of these earbuds is the “Aware Mode”. When someone talks I hit the “Aware Mode” button and it lets the sound through so I can hear what someone is saying without taking the buds out. That is a very handy feature. But… Even with such great product, there are a couple of quirks. One thing I noticed is that the location of the volume control and play/pause button is in the exact location to be pressed up against a table and turn up or down the music unintentionally. For taller people, I’m sure this wouldn’t be an issue, but I am around 5’4” and it’s happened to me a couple of times. Also, the battery pack it made this nice clingy material, which is not slippery and feels comfortable in your hand, but happens to attract dust and dog hair like a magnet. With that said, I am happy to say that there are definitely many, MANY more pros than cons with these earbuds. Overall these are excellent for studying, working, traveling, school, doing yard work, watching movies, etc. I look forward to using these daily. Good Job Bose!
Amazing :o) You turn the power on, wear it and it becomes perfectly quiet. Almost no noise. Example: I am working in an engineering departement. With the surronding noises at work, I have to put the volume of Windows Media Player at ± 15 if the power of my Bose is off. When I turn it on, I can lower the volume at ± 5. It means that I can listen the music for a much longer period of time without damage to my ears!
Cost equates to quality in this case. The ear buds are extremely comfortable and the sound quality is second to none. I travel a lot for work and am constantly on the phone. I have the ear buds in close to 9hrs a day 5 to 6 days a week. The noise canceling feature is great in flight or when background noise may interfere with a conversation. After 55+ days of co continuous use over the course of a year the ear buds are still performing like they're brand new.
I got these on a trade in of my old regular bose earbuds from 5 years ago (yes they lasted that long). I never write reviews, however it would be a disservice not to let everyone know how awesome these are. They are easy to carry, works beautifully to keep out bothersome noises out and the battery last forever. There is no need to embellish anything.
I bought the new Bose QuietComfort 20 for Apple Products earphones for noise cancelling during long international flights. I researched the market for lots of products and read many reviews from differing sources about the BOSE earphones. Without a doubt these earphones have an amazing ability to reduce outside sounds. I turned them on for the first time and it went quiet - even with TV sound and conversation going on around me. These are the earphones for anyone interested in reducing surrounding sounds while still listening to music or watch a video. They sit comfortably in the ear and are not intrusive as many earphones and ear plugs can be. BOSE quality and sound are all there.
Purchased the Acoustic Noise Cancelling earbuds about 5 months ago and have used them on two international trips. Obviously, they are not cheap. But, I wanted a good quality earbud with the noise cancelling feature. I'm not a techie, so on my first trip I didn't realize that I had not used the noise cancelling feature. After that trip I wondered if I had made the wrong decision since I didn't notice much difference between these earbuds and the others I own. On my next trip, the experience was totally different. I already liked the overall quality of the buds, but once I turned on the noise cancellation feature it really made a huge difference. I was very impressed with the buds and very happy that I had purchased them. They are portable (easily carried in a shirt pocket), provide excellent sound, and the noise cancellation feature is also excellent. Just read the instructions before using them.
I just bought these because I now lawns at work and trying to drown out the sound of the commercial mowers was starting to hurt my ears after a long day but after I bought these, I couldn't be more impressed with the noise cancellation I can't even hear the loud mower anymore, which I turn I can keep my music at a lower volume without hurting my ears. No matter what environment you're in you won't hear anything definitely worth the money.
I've had my earphones since the day they came out in 2013 and they've been working perfectly. Awesome sounds and definitely will blow you away by the quality. Though the durability isn't quite as expected. This should be taken into account. Take care of your earphones and buy the 3 year protection plan, definitely worth it.
I've owned the QC15s, QC25s and now the QC20s for Apple devices. Let me first start off by stating that the fit was flawless, for earbuds, and the design ensures they don't fall out of the ear. I loved my QC25s, but after hearing the difference in noise cancellation, I don't even use the QC25's anymore. With the QC20s, I'm able to drown out all of the backdrop noise at work (i.e., 15 - 20% more than QC25s, to me) and the television from family members when I'm at home. It's eery how well the noise cancelling works. I'm not an audiophile, but these are the best headphones I've ever owned and I thought I'd never be able to say that about a pair of earbuds. The only minor gripe I have is that the case seems a bit small, which forces you to bend the cables near the noise cancellation component. I just worry about the effects over time, but I guess it's ok, as I haven't read any reviews regarding defective or broken wiring as a result. Anyways, 5 stars!!!
My son has the QC-20's and let me try them. Unbelievable!!! When he switched on the noise cancellation feature I was blown away. With the way the Bose earbuds fit your ears it's like listening in a sound proof both.
I bought it since October and I am using it almost 5 days a week on an average of 3-4 hours. It completely isolates you from your surroundings, no matter the traffic and noise surrounding you. Battery Life is also perfect, I guess i have recharged it maximum
I am a proud owner of the QC15. Had to replace it twice in the past few years; it was just one of those things, hah. I wanted to try these to see if the awesomeness of QC15 could be fit into something so much smaller. Today is my first day with the QC20 and I have to admit that I'm seriously considering pawning my QC15 on Facebook already. I've had the SoundSport models; they were the first in-ear headphones that made sense to me and didn't have me banging my frustrated head. The best part of QC20 is the ability to use it without batteries. It's basically a better sounding version of SoundSport. I am rocking them at work with no noise-cancellation on and it still sounds spectacular. I have yet to test out the battery life and see how it compares to the QC15, but I feel optimistic!
When I received these earphones, I first tried them without the noise cancelling feature and they sounded like any other ear buds on the market. But when i turned the noise cancelling on, it was like being in a concert hall. Very rich and vibrant sound. But the true test was how they performed on an airline flight. Usually when I fly, I use my QC15 around ear headset. On the flight last week I was pleasantly surprised with the performance of the QC 20 ear phones. While they did not quite cancel all of the ambient noise, they did cancel about 90% of the noise that the QC15's cancel. Quite impressive for an in ear headphone. If you are looking for an in ear solution, these are the earphones to have!
I bought this more than a year ago and have used it in different situations. Pros: 1. Very compact to carry in my bag or travel. Virtually takes no space at all. 2. Sturdy wires, much better compared to what I received with my iPhone (but then again, iPhone EarPods cost 30$). 3. Minimal tangling of the wires, makes it a pleasure to even carry them in my pocket. 4. Very secure fit. 5. Excellent noise cancelling, while commuting as well as in all situations, like just walking in a mall and talking on my mobile, the external noise is so little that I don't have to crank up the phone volume at all. 6. As with all Bose products, sound quality is excellent when the noise cancelling is turned on but not so good when the noise cancelling is switched off or battery is dead. This is not a big deal for me or a deal breaker. That is the only con I can describe. 7. Waiting for wireless version of these ear phones and will replace them. Cons: 1. Pricey. 2. Sound quality is not so good when the noise cancelling is switched off or battery is dead. Hope Bose improves on this.
I had the over the ear noise-cancelling headphones for about a year until the in-ear ones came out. I jumped at the opportunity since I like to sleep on planes. I cannot imagine flying without them now. When it's time to get off the plane and I take them off, I'm still so amazed at the difference in noise level. I often don't even turn the music on, and just enjoy the silence. I used to dread it when I had to be on a plane with screaming kids. Now I don't even hear them. Liked them so much, I bought my husband a pair.
Though these are very expensive, but I doubt you can't find a comparable pair of earphones anywhere else. To be honest, the sound quality is not phenomenal if compare to other products of similar prices. However, sometimes it's more important to hear the music clearly instead of blindly pursuing quality of sound. Because of the combination of QC20's fantastic noise cancelling quality and a decent sound quality, I can't live without these. In addition, because my ears are a little bit weird and cannot hold any kind of in-ear headphones other than sport ones and these, I'm so happy that I can finally listen to music while working out. Can't be more satisfied.
I've had these for a year and can't live without them. When I get on a flight or a train in Europe etc. I immediately turn them on and turn on some music. You literally hear nothing around you. The flight attendants typically get impatient Because they have to wave in front of me. I thoroughly enjoy it because I am in my own world. I've told many friends and everyone thanks me later. Can't recommend them enough and no I don't work for them.
I honestly have nothing but praise for these ear buds. Not these exact ones but the previous model. I took these things through the ringer. I've used them every single day many times a day for 2 years now and they are working as well as the day I bought them. They've sat in my car in 100+ degree temperatures, <0 temperatures, gotten wet with sweat and rain, knocked around and dropped and never have I had a problem. You know that cackling damaged sound you hear in some ear buds from damage? I've never had a problem with that like I've had with other products. The noise quality is great, and they are really comfortable. You can wear them for hours without your ears beginning to hurt. Best of all, they fit and don't fall out. My workouts always involve jumping, laying on the ground, etc. and I would always get so annoyed with other ear buds falling out all the time - not these. Although, all the wear-and-tear does a number on the rubber after a few years, so mine finally gave out. Secondly, they are very expensive (but worth every penny). These ear buds are the kind that make you want to bury them in the backyard next to your dead dog when they give out and give them a moment of silence, and then write an online review as their epitaph. When the day finally comes that I can afford new ones, I know what brand I'll be coming for. RIP
I bought these on a whim in a tax free zone shop. I have lots of business calls at home with children in background, and really got tired of the standard earphones. I use these and it's like no one else is there. Music sounds great as well. One thing though - the location of the electronics is too close to the input jack on the iPhone. I ordered the Bose extension cord - which is 20 feet long! this is two long. I'd like a good quality 1 meter or so cord so that the square electronic box isn't right next to the phone
I purchased my QC20i headphones/ear buds in March for travel, usually long international travel. I promptly took a trip. Then a few weeks later I travelled domestically. The headphones were used a lot for the air travel and typically at the pool or beach. I found getting the earpieces properly fitted to my ear relatively easy and an important step. If they fit properly, they work properly. The noise canceling was incredible. You can block out that jet engine roar and other noise very well. I really like the control to switch it off so you can hear flight attendants when they come by. Once the earpieces are in my ear I forget about them. They are that comfortable and you just get used to being into your own world. The sound quality is superior. They are very rugged and I particularly like the fact they don't retain the wire curl when rolled up and stored. When stood in the case you have a small package which makes it easy to carry. I use the headphones on my iPods, iPad and iPhone, sometimes with the airline entertainment systems. Here's where my issues come in. The module at the end of the cord,,,, poorly designed. The distance from the plug to the module body is 2 inches. That means that module will be maximum of 2" away from whatever it is plugged into. This is troublesome particularly when plugging into the audio port on the inside of the arm rest. It's a good thing these headphones are rugged! When plugged into an iPod or iPhone you now have this module hanging awkwardly from the audio plug. To deal with that I use a velcro strap and wrap the 2 units together. That solution can lead to the strap inadvertently changing the controls on the phone or iPod. On an iPad it's hopeless, just get used to it dangling. Another issue is the size of the carry case. It is so small that the cords have to do a sharp bend at the module and we all know this will result in broken cords and intermittent connections over time. It's just too small. I absolutely love my QC20i headphones and they are a pleasure to wear and use. Excellently engineered except for the short lead to the module.
I've been using this for almost 4 years and...... STILL IN LOVE. I watched a concert DVD on my laptop and it honestly felt like I am in the crowd. Never once am I disappointed with it till the left earbud starts to pick up static at times when I turn the noise canceling on. I think there's a loose wire of some sort. Took it o Bose and they replaced my old QC20i ones with a new pair of QC20 within a snap. One minus point though, I use to wear my old ones before take off and during landing in flight because the engine noise scares me. When doing the same with the new ones, my ears starts to feel blocked and hurts like when you're underwater for too long. Maybe I'm not used to it yet. not sure. BUT STILL. THIS IS THE BEST INVESTMENT I'VE MADE. Might cost quite pricey but considering how long-lasting they are and how powerful they are, it's surely such a worthy piece. It's easy to bring and pack, it fits in your ear (they have sizes for your ears), awesome noise canceling, good sound quality, chic design, great to use during exercise, recharge-able battery (no need to buy new batts all the time like the QC15 and 25 requires), has the aware mode that shuts down the canceling mode when you need it in emergency.
Finally found the quality sound I was looking for in a convenient package for my frequent travels! Bose is Bose, but I was losing hope of finding a device with awesome voice canceling feature that was easy to carry (ugh! those over the head ones can take a lot of room when traveling light for business!) I am very please with the awesome sound and quality of these buds --as good as my old Bose but not as bulky!
Bought a pair of refurbished CQ20i buds from the Bose factory store. The folks working there are great and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Bought them for a trip to Paris. Wore them the whole time over and back and they never got uncomfortable. All the airplane noise and the crying baby two aisles away just went away when I flipped on the noise canceling feature.
The BEST noise cancelling headphones on the market
I’ve owned several Bose products as well as some from other manufacturers — Bose QC15, QC20i, QC30, and QC35s. The QC20s are, hands down, the undisputed champions in noise cancellation! The in-ear tips block out much of the background noise that is still present with the over-ear headphones (QC15, QC35). The ANC takes care of the rest. I don’t know why, but the ANC is even better than the newer QC30s. They are amazing! If you don’t require bluetooth and you want/need the absolute best in noise cancellation, you should choose these over any other headphones — Bose or otherwise!
I've had this product for 1.5 yrs and the comfort is truly phenomenal. One thing I always love about bose earphones is that I can wear them for hours without a hint of fatuigue or discomfort. These little things will never heat up your ears or itch them, they just stay up and never falls. Another thing I've always had for bose is its noise cancelling technology. True to its words, it might be the best noise-cancelling product in the entire world as of now, you wear this thing on, turn on ANC mode and everything just quiets down, if there's ever any concern I've had for BOSE, maybe it's too good of a noise-canceller that sometimes I have to put the headphone off in case I can't hear the ambience around me. As far as sound quality goes, its pretty good. It isn't that common to refer to noise-cancellers as good sounding but its true to some extent---the bass goes pretty low, at least as far as my ears can go, mids are OK and highs are a bit lost or rolled off, but hey! We're talking about noise-cancellers here! They aren't supposed to sound nice but they really do! I love them!
Fantastic until they broke:-( The "aware" button has let these down within 8 months, but bizarrely because they also work as regular headphones, I didnt notice until I tried to use the aware function and realised they had broken... I should be annoyed but these go literally everywhere; the daily train commute, cycling, the gym, and countless airport x-ray machines, which may not have helped their demise... Would I buy another pair? Absolutely, nothing else comes close.
